Waifus everyone told me not to pick. I'm stuck with Proto-Yosuke, Mitsuru's Fiance's Dad, and Chibodee Crockett. I coulda been rolling in babes.
Which reminds me:
Persona 1
After like, three months or cycles of that moon thing of wandering the fuck around, we finally find the harem Queen. She's ugly as fuck, Mark tells her she's a shit, and she boots us out to the entrance of the dungeon. Reiji, being the XP whore that he is, immediately suggests we go right back into the dungeon and fight some more. First we spent all our cash on armor though.
Are there any weapon shops that sell stuff like swords and axes? Cuz I haven't found any.
To be fair, are other nationality's companies much different?
/eyeroll
Should have listened to Acid and me and gone with Elly v(。-_-。v
The mall should sell weapons, but it's been a while since I played P1.
Company culture is definitely different between the east and west. Iwata wouldn't be allowed to fuck up the way he is right now in a million years in the states.
Casino and releasing Personas as far as I remember. They only sell guns, though, that's the problem.
Tell me about it. Im so not looking forward to Nintendo's awful lackluster game reveals at E3. "New Super mario 9034334" ; "New Zelda 3ds", "Cooking game" etc.
I wonder if Iwata knows how to use the internet?
Crazy thing is, I love Nintendo, and wish them all the success in the world. But they really need to get their act together. The 180 that MS did with the Xboxone should be a massive inspiration to them.

A P2 anime would actually be pretty cool too.

Did Soejima do the portraits in OG soul hackers?
Yeah, this. Didn't use melee at all, just guns and magikz.Oh
I guess I didn't notice because I stopped caring about melee weapons early on. All you need are guns + Persona.
(guns in particular are insanely powerful if you've been pumping points into DEX)
I'd totally watch it if this is real. I think it would attract other Persona fans who only played P3 and P4 with its story.
They'd have a P4A and PQ anime before they had a P2 anime, though.
Conversely, I don't have much love for Nintendo, but I respect Iwata. He's done what has worked for years. Only now, it's not working anymore, and he doesn't know how to react.
I dont get how a multi billlion dollar company doesn't know how to react. If their research team searched the internet for consumer feedback, and monitored what Sony and MS were doing to be successful, they would know exactly what to focus on.
Persona: Trinity Soul: Golden

A P4A anime would be amazing if executed properly. P4A easily lends itself to an episodic format too, so there's no need to worry about pacing.
Again, pride. Iwata's the guy who said something to the effect of 'he'd leave before letting Nintendo games being on other platforms'.
If they continue doing Persona anime series after the final Persona 3 movie, P4A is probably the most likely one to adapt next. The question that would follow would be whether they'd just adapt the first game, or adapt both of them.

Don't give me that. We're here because of Okada. Full stop. While people were making fantasy RPGs, he spearheaded games with occult, mature, modernist settings that most devs wouldn't dream of touching. Show some respect.

Detailed Gematsu article about the roles the Velvet Room people will have in PQ.
I have a feeling that Marie and Elizabeth are two characters that wouldn't get along with each other.

Elizabeth looks adorable and lol at Theo. Can't wait to see if Margaret and Marie have any special roles.

Theo runs the studio in a pink and red apron with a heart in the center. Theres apparently a backstory to this, but the details are mum.
Great. Hopefully they can harness their animosity and take each other out for good.
Is that animosity toward Elizabeth I hear?
She sounds too much like Hedonism Bot.
It freaks me out.
I'd like to remind everyone that the Persona reveal event a few months ago was one of the greatest video game tease and announcement campaigns of all time.

I'll never forget how insanely butthurt all the people who irrationally hate the 3DS got when they revealed PQ.
After all the debates that were had the week leading up to the event, there was literally nothing that could have been more perfect.
But that abrupt turn when the P5 trailer started... Man, I've never felt/seen/experienced anything like it. We all went from the darkest depths to the highest highs.
