Glasses-kun is definitely what I consider an 'attractive' character.
And it came from an observation of the direction of Soejima's art. Both his male and female characters have become progressively more attractive.
In order to be labeled attractive, he must pass the Rise test. ie. Would Rise date this man?

I jest. His stare at the end with the glass (and the flames) made him look pretty bad ass.
Yeah, he definitely seemed determined, not a blank emotional slate. Almost like he was hunting Shadows.

Ahahaha, I was just editing in how I liked his expression changing there at roughly 35 seconds in.
Really gives off a determined vibe that is noticeably contrasting both the Persona 3 and Persona 4 protagonists.

I also think that character cut-ins on the billboard are possible characters. Its hard to say for sure, but they look like they could be Soejima art.

The Law of Conservation of Detail suggests you may be right. She's the only person in that image who is more detailed than the rest of the bystanders.
She's also drawn in Soejima's style. That's exactly how he draws faces from the side.

I don't know why but looking at this specific image is making me REALLY hyped for the game. I'm jumping around squeeing in my chair in anticipation. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS GAME!

When can we even realistically expect this to come to the US? I said in the other thread, but if this coming out in Japan in 2015 (and assuming it's early 2015), then I can't imagine this will be in the US before Sept. So maybe Sept-November window?
The wait will be so long. EDIT: I guess SMT IV came out 2 months after the Japan release. So maybe it won't be that far pushed back.

I think there's more chance of that idol being a party member but even then. I think they just wanted to show of the MC and atmosphere with this trailer. If only they had included some music ;__;
Also, I stepped into the Super Best friends thread.......and it seems like another Persona community thread there lol. Surreal.
Because she appears in the foreground and is drawn more precisely than everyone else in the trailer, and in a style more consistent with Soejima art, and with a design that is more unique than the other characters.
It might be completely wrong, but it's hardly a crazy notion either.
EDIT: Okay, I just had a proper look at the possible cut in images, and they look A LOT like Soejima art.

I have a feeling that the dungeons will be similar to raidou's(which would be a good thing).
A couple other people appear in the foreground too, but they're noticeably more generic. She really stands out, which I hardly think is a coincidence given this development team.
Here are some of the other generics, for the record:
Observation: Marie in her P4G epilogue getup (Or something similar) would actually be very appropriate for her to take Igor's place. She looks sophisticated.

I think that girl can be a party member. Her design is not so bland as most of the croud
The maroon/red on her scrunchie stands out waaaaay too much to not be intentional, imo.

I'm not seeing it. She is more detailed but not much more than the girls on the train and it may be since she's close to our view. I don't mind if she is though since her design is nice.
