Trolley problem but the trolley has portal on the front. The people tied to the rails would entered the portal and be deposited out the other side. The other portal is on an incline but only the momentum of the object going through the portal would matter not the speed of which the portal is moving.
Relative velocity does not matter. The object passing through the portal does not lose or gain speed based on the movement of the portal. Source: I've been through thousands of portals. If the portal is traveling towards you at 1m/s, what is the relative velocity of you traveling towards the portal?
None, because your body instantly teleported somewhere else in the space-time continuumIf the portal is traveling towards you at 1m/s, what is the relative velocity of you traveling towards the portal?
Did it or did you get teleported somewhere else and replicated at the exit portal?None, because your body instantly teleported somewhere else in the space-time continuum
That question is above my paygrade chief. I have never played Portal before (Yes I know, Blasphemous, I will soon), so I'm not an expert on the game. I'll letDid it or did you get teleported somewhere else and replicated at the exit portal?
