It's weird. America is one of the only place without colored money. They also do not have the metric system. It's like america is too proud of themselves to change anything they have for the sake of tradition.

Obama visited Sweden this week, he also visited a technical university called KTH. Before and during the visit they put up those signs on the curtains in the university.

No, the snipers are supposed to shoot people who open the curtains for reasons as shooting Obama; if all the curtains are closed it's easy to spot if one curtain opens. The snipers are anti-sniper snipers.
