What's with all the Avixph clones posting things that aren't funny?

It's almost as if humor is subjective!!

Okay, we've been getting more complaints than usual about this thread lately. Here's the fundamental problem: No one wants to moderate humor because it's too subjective, but the thread also doesn't do anyone any good if a substantial number of people who normally use it have a problem with what's being posted.

Since this is a community thread, if it doesn't serve the community well, it would have no reason to exist. What I'm going to suggest is that if there are certain types of pictures which can be offputting or considered tasteless, it would probably be better to just link them instead with some commentary, instead of embedding them. This way if it's a turn-off then people who don't care to see it don't have to see it.

Be considerate, play nice, work together.

While I don't agree with the level of essentially "child proofing" of the thread and/or forum, I understand the decision.
