I don't know if it's just pure luck or maybe being Oceanic has a lower cheater population but I've yet to see a hacker. Maybe it's also because when I do find someone I only either see them fleetingly and ambush them or they've ambushed me.
Also, always fun when you talk to a customer at work while making their coffee and it turns out they are playing PUBG as well.
Nothing super impressive here, but I had a fun moment at the start of the game where I landed in a small building group with one other player. I happened to find a KAR super early. I retreated a bit to the tower, and then waited out a Red Zone. I was just going to leave and head north, but I caught a glimpse of him moving in one of the buildings and didn't want to get shot in the back. So I took a shot at it with just iron sights. It worked out and felt very satisfying.

Game is running way better now, finally, still playing with low settings, but at least its above 60fps.
Also, got my first chicken dinner, was pretty awesome.
I was checking those Twitch skins, and loving the pants and face, when I tried signing up, they ask for credit card. Can I set it up, get the skins, and cancel so I dont get charged? Or do I need to play for at least 1 month? Sorry dont understand much about Twitch Prime.

Nope, the PUBG owner said "Exclusively to Xbox One" nothing about being a console launch exclusive or coming to Xbox first.

edit - i'm still watching the MS conference and i think those little clips saying "CONSOLE LAUNCH EXCLUSIVE" or what have you are the start of the trailers, not the end

I say bunnyhopping but I don't mean actual strafe jumping, i mean he is jumping up and down while running forward and firing his rifle and he kills me with headshots through a pristine t3 helmet.
So whether or not you believe it doesn't matter.
Then every other game I'm getting shot through hard cover because the tickrate is garbage.
It def. said console launch exclusive on the screen, don't know what that really means honestly lol but sounds like a timed thing to me.

Yes, it said launch exclusive. And also, the PUBG guy said "Coming to console". I am pretty sure he would have said Xbox one if it was exclusive.

The "Console Exclusive" or "Console Launch Exclusive" disclaimers played BEFORE the trailer in which they were referencing, not after.

My first care package had a VSS and a level 3 backpack...
...And a compensator for snipers that I didn't have lol.
The worst care packages are the ones with the Tommy Gun... That thing is a piece of garbage.
Was watching Ninja and he said something I agree with, the game shouldnt have guaranteed weapon spawns, but areas should have a guaranteed number of weapons (Even if its a set minimum), the number of times ive landed at the school to find next to nothing is, wrong, frankly, no-ones saying you should be kitted out in your entirety going to one place, but those times when you roll up on a huge area which takes you an entire cycle to explore, and leave with next to nothing usable, is game ending.

I know i sound crazy but I am livid right now. For the amount of money this game has already made there is no reason to sell out to sony or microsoft.
I abhore 3rd party exclusivity, and if i could refund on steam right now i would.
I would not put any more faith behind this PlayerUnknown guy. This move just shows he only cares about money.
Glad my microsoft friends get to play, but sucks for all my friends i was hyping on ps4 l. Feel like a dumbass for being so positive on the game to them.
This and Sony not allowing cross play are going to ruin e3 for me.

It'll be only timed exclusive. Microsoft just carefully worded their exclusivity claims during the briefing.
i think youre overreacting like, a lot. its just him and a small korean company making this game, so its essentially an indie game. i doubt its as easy as say, spelunky or super meat boy or something, to port to console considering its complexity.
despite the amount of money theyre making, they also probably poured a ton into it and youre being stupid by assuming you know what the financial situation of the studio is or even how much they would need to port it to consoles in the first place

Ran into a weird issue while playing tonight. 3rd person view ended up locking my character to the left instead of near the middle/right. Couldn't walk through doorways as my characters position in the game was different than what I was seeing on my screen. Ended up having to play the game in first person in order to actually not be constantly frustrated.
Apparently this is a known bug that happens when doing the long parachute jump trick.

ugh, my 2nd second place finish. Shot up the winner with my SCAR pretty good too. Guessing he had a medkit. When the game ended after we exchanged shots the second time I was kind of expecting the winner screen. I was pretty sure I landed at least as many shots as he did. Damn.

Blowing up cars with people in them might be the most fun this game offers. We were covering the bridge west of Yasnaya waiting to see what the circle pushed out. Started hitting them as they approached the bridge so they pulled into the gas station and hopped out to try to snipe us from there. Didn't work, circle started pushing them and instead of going all the way around they decided to try the bridge in their already damaged car.
I like the build-up, that first puff of smoke when you know you can do it, then the flames, then the boom, then the loot boxes on the road, then the ragdoll bodies further down the road, then the burning/smoking hulk rolls a bit further.
Took that car down just tap firing two 5.56 rifles.
Thanks for looting Yasnaya so we didn't have to.

Maybe I'm just having terrible luck but it seems to be getting worse. I have a hard time even firing anymore because I know I'll immediately get 180'd and dead in two seconds.
