Lets dial this up a bit.
"So, I'll bet you all thought that Street Fighter V announcement from the other day was really something, huh? Fortunately, that's not all we had in store for you this weekend."
Screen darkens
Music starts to play
Fade in on a beautiful coastline under a sparsely clouded sky; the coast of Gransys. The draw distance is amazing, with shrubbery swaying in the wind and small groups of wildlife bounding about as far as the eye can see.
Pan across the coast until the camera reaches the fisher town of Cassardis. Cut to shot overlooking Cassardis bay from the Arisen's shoulder. The water is beautifully rendered at a crisp 1080x1920 resolution.
Suddenly, a noise comes from the town gates.
Monsters arisen!
The Arisen turns and sprints to the center of town, their animations running smoothly at a rock solid 60fps. When they reach the gates, they come face to face with a great drake! The Arisen draws a sword and shield, and begins battering away at the drake, dodging claw swipes and ducking in to strike at the beast's burning heart.
The battle is going well when, suddenly, the Arisen is swept into the air, then grabbed, held immobile by the drake's great clawed hand. It begins encanting a dark curse of assured death, and all seems lost. Just as the Arisen begins to glow with the spell's life-sapping powers, a giant spire of ice erupts from the ground and pierces the dragon's weak point, it's fiery heart, dealing massive damage.
The drake falls over dead. Saved by a trusty pawn! But
wait... this is no ordinary pawn.
The camera pans to our hero's savior, a busty lvl. 50 arch-sorceress by the name of "
DayZ100". This is no ordinary AI companion, it's another player!
Over their improbably clear mic,
DayZ100 says, "Good thing I came when I did. Hey, do you have any rabbit skins you can trade? I need them to upgrade this sweet new bow. Aught."
Before any trading can commence, a cockatrice appears, attacking the nearby fort! The two players quickly agree to put off any trading until the new monster is dealt with, and set off for the fort, passing from town to trail without any loading screens.
The screen fades out, and a title card comes into view.
