From their list of announced 2015 titles, all the games releasing on PS4:

Currently 232 games in total
Of those:
127 release on PS4
54 release on PS4 & Vita
30 release on PS4 & PS3
21 release on all three platforms

I guess cross-gen finally reduces in numbers (though many of the PS4 releases are just the PS4 version of older games). Only really painful examples are games like MGSV.

Of this PS4 list, these are the games with currently known exclusive status/deals:
(I made a post about that recently and just cross checked the titles. Obviously there might be errors in any of these lists)

Exclusives games currently missing from the PS Blog list (that should have been 2015 or actually are but only in Japan etc.):

So some games like WiLD or Rime probably won't make it to 2015 :/

Thanks! RER2 for Vita is included in their list as TBA (I think they mentioned it was coming this summer). I did the same comparing the lists of both Spanish and US blogs. Saw some games only appear in the American version. See them listed as US only (may be announced later for Europe, obviously):
