Were there already any comments on this "leaked" picture from the german blog?

For purely selfish reasons I hope this isn't the case since I already own both. For those who dont it great though as they are both great games.

As for what I would want, I'm not too fussy but I just hope it's something I don't already have

Lego Marvel is pretty fun and a nice easy platinum. Hope it isn't true for selfish reasons as I have both PS4 games.

This is exactly why the game wasn't good. It was a roguelike made for people who don't like roguelikes. Anyone can finish it if you just grind enough. It was a joke compared to pure skill based games like spelunky.
