Has it been established yet if the ps+ games have to follow a certain kind of criteria,

Ie. Has to have been out for an X amount of time.

Seeing as there are consistently games that launch with PS+, no.

For the most part, though, they're not going to give away a game that hasn't been out for at least half a year or so-- they have promised to try and Pisa their customers off less by doing that or slashing prices on games they give away a month later.

so i got my 14 day PS+ trial on the Japanese store a week ago for Ryu ga Gotoku 0...

Typically when does JP PSN update? wanna get in a few days of whatever they have this month... before that trial ends on saturday.

I was under the impression that Helldivers or whatever it's called was going to be included in the PS+ games for March when there was a thread about it last month. Is that not the case now? I was really looking forward to that but I don't really have the money for it so free was ideal.

I owned and played both these games and i liked them. Regardless the hate indies tend to get here saddens me. Yea not all of them are great but, I feel like they deserve it's time to shine. PS3 had years of a library to give free games from.
