This is a bit confusing, to be honest.
The question is now, do we keep the games for as long as our subscription (as per current standard), or are they only available to us to play during the cycle period they are up on PSN....
For the three "52 weeks" titles they explicitily state they're ours for as long as we subscribe, but they dont mention it for the other 7...

Same as now.
They're only free for a short while, but once in your download history, they're yours as long as you are subscribed.
blod said:For the next 52 weeks, whenever you join PlayStation®Plus you will be able to get your hands on these titles – they’ll be available at any time over the next year, yours to download and play for as long as you subscribe.
You missed out this bit from the blog you quoted:
That bit is only referring to the three annual titles.
Good question! That aspect is the same as before – the dates for availability are regarding your initial download of the game – the same as now.
If you make sure that you go and opt to download a game before it exists Plus, then you can download it and keep playing it for as long as you’re a subscriber.
Likewise, if you are running short of space, you can delete it from your hard drive and retrieve it from your download list at ANY time – but you have to keep your subscription active.

Amazing, thanks, this is the best reason yet to be a PlayStation Plus member. One question though.
Can we play the games throughout our entire Plus subscription? Or do they stop being playable once they are taken off the list of 10 games?

More than 45 games over the next year? Yeah, you do.

as PSMako already asked this, are those 10 games playable throughout my entire playstation plus subscription and every 3 months 2 new games are added? or are the games only playable for 3 months?

Playable for as long as you remain a subscriber and accessible in your download list, as long as you downloaded them initially.
What about my PS one, PS2 and minis?
Based on all the feedback weve had from you guys over the last couple of years, weve decided that our subscribers would be better served by offering you more digital Blu-ray titles and top of the line PSN games, rather than scrabbling around to find a compelling PS one or minis titles. That said, if a truly awe inspiring minis title or one of the greatest PS one or PS2 titles that ever existed suddenly shows up on PS Store, you can bet your britches that well secure it for you.

Many thanks for clearing up my query; time to invest in that new HDD!!
Sony announces PSOne games coming to Vita this Summer then they stop giving us PSOne games with PS+.PSOne, Minis and PS2 titles are no more through Plus unless it's one they decide to promote.

This is a good thing potentially. I'd rather get a few blu ray titles a month instead of getting something like Spyro 1 which I'll never ever play again most likely. And if they do decide to give ps1 games it'll be something actually great.

Sounds like they went with Option 2:PSOne, Minis and PS2 titles are no more through Plus unless it's one they decide to promote.

Go back and check them because they just recently added support for a bunch more in NA within the last couple of weeks. They must be transferred from the PS3 of course because Sony can't do anything perfectly.Minis - eh - most of those released weren't compatible on Vita anyway.

You just want trophiesReally PSP games are cheap, dropping prices considerably
PSOne most are $4.99-$9.99
The PS3 Blu-Ray games are $19.99-$39.99 in price range DD wise
I'll gladly give up minis/psone/psp stuff for more PS3/PSN stuff

I was looking at it from owning a vita perspective. I liked that they had a few titles each month that I could one day play on my vita. Now they've taken away PSOne games just as they announce they'll be launching PSOne compatibility on Vita later this Summer. Goddamn annoying is what that is.
Minis - eh - most of those released weren't compatible on Vita anyway.
Yep.Oh yeah, Vita owners got shafted. Then again you could say that was the theme of sony's show last night anyway.
Which is too bad because assassin's creed looked great.
I'm fine with getting rid of the Mini's, but PSone Games? That's just stupid.
