The more I expand my business and update my fleet, the less profitable everything becomes.

As soon as I upgraded to Pearjets my revenue tanked. I should have just sticked to the smaller propellor planes. They take longer, yes, but they also rake in big money.

I finally got to a wifi hotspot to update this game (am on hols). We're now in 11th. I'll stick with gafair. I've already got 2/3 mystery parts so there is a good chance of getting a blimp during the event

The bigger the plane, the heavier the requirement to fill it completely with jobs to the same location to make a high profit. Typically I am getting about 4,400 per hour from my PJs compared to 5,100 for Aeroeagles. I only have 1 Sequoia but it's getting around 8k per hour but it obviously takes much longer to fill so whether or not it's making more money is hard to say.

I'm going to hit London HARD! I haven't been doing much these last couple of weeks, you know life stuff + lame locations) but things are settling down now and I want a blimp fleet. Sad I haven't seen any blimp parts yet. Come on #GafAir lets rocks this!

We slipped to 11th place now. 10th place was close to us yesterday, but they now have a 5000 job lead over us. How did they manage to gain such a huge advance over us so quickly?

Certainly seems sketchy at best. It's possible that most of their players are on a different time zone but I'd be inclined to think they cheated. We'll never know though.

Just checked - and saw 11th :/

I already got a blimp (via mystery parts), and it is quite rubbish TBH, but getting #10 would have been nice.

Yeah I'm quitting. I was usually good for top 3, but this is obviously a broken game now.

Depending on size of fleet, I can see someone who can generate enough bux on certain flights to express finish the London packages.

This is a horrible place to ask. But I am not confident of the answers I'm seeing elsewhere.

I'd like to back up my saves of Tiny Towers and Pocket Planes (to iCloud) and then delete both games from my iOS device. In other words, I want them off my device now, but I'd like to be able to pick them back up in the near future. Is there any easy way to do this?

I doubt it. ICloud is meant as an offsite backup and o be synced to multiple devices. If you delete it off your device, then there's no guarantee what gets stored/wiped in the cloud.

So. ~7000 packages from me. I'm pretty sure we can take 11, but 10 is out of reach.

I think I'm hanging up my captin's hat. I'm finally bord with the game. Maybe when the are giving away planes/parts I'll jump in. Good Luck #GafAir, may the skies be kind.

That was kinda scary. I had to travel for work and was swamped the past few days so I hadn't played.. when I booted up it showed 0 everything but I did get "loading from iCloud" and it restored to some point at least relatively recently I presume.

Aww, GAFAIR is doing quite poorly on this new one. I'm going to help as much as I can as always!

Does anyone have an extra blimp engine? I can trade either a blimp body or blimp controls for it. You'll have to tell me what to do though, I've never gifted parts before.

It's slow as hell, but if you bother doing the upgrade on the weight, the deliveries it does is practically free. I'm almost certain that's the best way to do the 20,000 profit flight. I netted a 7000+ flight between LA and Vancouver just now.

For some reason I decided to start playing this game again. Looks like there is only one other person in GAFAIR at the moment. We're number 36 in the world between the 2 of us, though. Kinda sad...

I started playing this again since the iPhone 5 update came out today and the Mac version just released.

The iPhone 5 version looks really good, and so does the Mac version. I'm having a problem with them syncing in that, they don't seem to be. The Mac version started off fine and picked up my game from iCloud, then I played while, and now my phone and Mac versions are out of sync.

Anyone else tried this yet?

Edit: Well now the flights are synced up, the coin amount is just off by a bit. Maybe I just can't open them at the same time or in close proximity of each other. Same time makes sense.

Looking at getting a Flight Crew started so maybe there's a shot at the top 10's in the challenges! Can only do so much by myself...

Currently level 23, 15 planes.
