I actually don't own Soul Silver or Heart Gold.

Craigslist! Platinum is my most played Pokemon game. You will love it.
Craigslist scares me because I'll get stabbed. And I can't really go back to older games. I NEED INFINITE TMs.

Not really.
I think this Atarlia and Lance's 3 Dragonites are the only examples I can think of.

Iris has an underlevelled Haxorus in White, IIRC.
Notice all the cheaters are Dragon users.

Probably because Dragons take the longest to reach their final stages. Hydreigon I think is the highest of any evo, at level 64.
Clair doesn't cheat. She could have used a Dragonite, but maintained a Dragonair to stay faithful to the levels.
Dragonair has a way better design

She used the superior Kingdra.
Kingdra is supposed to be her signature Pokemon, but the anime gave more focus to Dragonair.

No, it was simply recognising Dragonair's superiority amongst its peers.
She used a Special Attacking Gyarados and still beat Snorlax with it, her Gyarados was in the top percentage!
The Clair episodes are my favourite of the Johto season.
Is Mio the girl with Torchic or Oshawatt?

Platinum is D/P on steroid and Gen4 on steroid is still Gen4 aka the worst Gen
