It absolutely has to evolve so it goes thru a depression episode of it not being able to fit in the backpack anymoreRowlet is the only pokemon that I want Ash not to evolve it.
I laughed when it was freaking out in it's sleep when Lillie was trying to touch it.
it's shit.
It supposedly kicks stuff but doesn't learn Jump Kick.

Can Decidueye even do anything at allYou got destroyed by a Rowlet player did you? ;p
I wonder what's gonna happen when Ash starts doing Island Challenges.
Is everyone gonna travel with him? Just Lillie? Is Kiawe gonna be his Uber?
Has Cosmog shown up in the anime yet?
Plus we know from the game that Hau also takes the Island challenge at the same time as the player so I am betting that he will appear in the animé eventually whether it be a travelling partner or not.
Also the Animé moving at a slow pace so I wonder how they will add in gyms should "Pokémon Star" end up having them.
Something I posted a bit ago in the Sun/Moon OT but people here might find interesting as well.
-----------------
So I just learned that three of Lillie's themes on the OST are originally Japanese wordplay based around the l/r vowel sounds:
"Lively Lillie" is "がんばリーリエ" or "Ganba-lillie", punning off the common term "ganbare" (to do your best) -- Hapu actually uses this verbatim in the Japanese version, apparently the same line that got translated as "No one could call you lily-livered" to keep a sort of pun intact.
"Steely Lillie" is "おこリーリエ" or "Oko-lillie", playing off "okoru", a verb meaning "to scold" or "to tell off".
"Lonely Lillie" is "しんみリーリ" or "Shinmi-lillie", derived from "shinmiri", an expression that doesn't have an exact definition but seems to refer to a solemn, but sad atmosphere.
The more you know.
