It was one of those "see what all the fuss is about" moments, plus it was my sisters money that was used to get it. Maybe i'm just not Apples demographic but i've just been indifferent towards it since getting it and now i've gotten a bit into Steam so now i'm regretting ever getting this.

They're specialists. They also know what role they play because of their position on the "totem pole," so I'm sure some sandbagging comes into play. It becomes pretty obvious with the Gym Leader rematches.

I think it was a combo of listening to too much FotF (Focus on the Family) and the episode where Ash and co. first met the ghosts, after getting thrashed by Sabrina. That was the end of that...=(
