Maybe they'll update it so you can choose which ball to use, but anyway 300 greatballs takes ages to farm and 300 pokeballs can be farmed in a few hours at most so I wouldn't waste greats on low level fodder anyway.
Yes. That is how I do it. But really try to get 60-70 Pokémon lined up. Even if you can't do all 70, you're sure you are using all the time you have.
It flashes yellow if it's a new pokedex entry, which works out for me since I still don't have Dragonite or Snorlax. But yeah, some kind of flagging system would be great.
Nah never heard of this. I think that was just a bug, so you could evolve your Eevee's into the ones you wanted even after the first time.
I'm not even sure I'll have enough time to restart when going a mass evolve with a lucky egg. I'll try.

Also I'm pretty sure you get exp for every fleeing Pokemon with Go+. I think it's 25 exp but not completely sure.

Make it to special events... this year, maybe? I would be surprised if they didn't include Gen 2 sometime down the line, followed by 3, 4, etc... Maybe half a year each? That would still be pretty damn long. Half a year would still be like 3-4 months from now, more than enough to catch most pokemon if you ever had the chance to begin with

Isnt Relaxo the english name? Usually I type (german name) after the name, due to the differences all over the world
