Got 4 decent pokemon put together to use online for doubles battles, I won my first and barely lost the second. Learning to use some fun combos between my pokemon (air balloon + earthquake is good fun to pop out at the outset). It's my first time actually doing serious competitive battling in pokemon and I am loving it.

One guy here told me that Klefki's Foul Play is dangerous and I should avoid it.
While Foul Play is a pretty strong move, I wouldn't worry about it so much to make a 31/0/31/31/31/31.

I've got sort of an unrelated question, but didn't know where to post it:
I just got a 3DS XL, I have been charging for a little over an hour I think.
Could I start the initial set up now, or is it better that I wait till it finishes charging? Will it have an effect on the battery? (Like making it overall shorter per charging cycle)

Doesn't it recommend you to do the set up while the 3DS is connected to the charger? I think you should do it while it is charging.

The guide didn't really specify that it just said that the "LED light will go off once it is fully charged" It didn't really specify if I should wait, do it before, or during.

Okay guys, this team is almost solely for Battle Maison (Which is limited to at most 3 poke's), with maybe a hint of some random Wifi battles, but here's what I've got so far:

I notice I have a pretty wide open weakness for Rock/Ground types (Not entirely crippling, but worth concern), so I was thinking either Kingdra, or Haxorus, both of whom would give me dragon coverage. Kingdra in particular would also take out ground types, but wouldn't be able to do much to water types if Gardevoir goes down. Thoughts?
EDIT: I'm also considering Skill Link Cloister, but I don't know how well that fits into this team.

Are you sure you didn't get Traced?
Oh OK. During updates it tells you to keep it connected to the charger?

It's a percentage of your opponent's health. If they use a contact move on your Pokemon holding Rocky Helmet, they lose 1/6 of their HP.

I hope it wasn't just trace. Because Protean suits it pretty nicely, since he is supposed to be one of those pokemon that changes type. (conversion/conversion2)

Your around the same time as my self but I've been doing alot of wondertrades and spending time getting to fly and now I am just going to take my time and keep finding trades.
I am really excited for the storage system once it's finally released.

That was a trial for me. Better than trying to pass down Bulletproof from a male Quilladin though. Starters might as well be 100% male.
I can attest that this is how I kill things with Slaking.
I spent like 3 hours at friend safari trying to get me a shiny Growlithe. Guess luck doesn't like me so much.
