Pokemon sequel is under development for DS

Strong pokemon. Weak pokemon. I've beaten her like a hundred times and I still don't believe the old bat
She's always talkin' that bullshit. You'd think she'd keep quiet after I assfucked her entire lineup with a single Tyranitar.

Fact of the matter is, I'm not getting through the elite 4 with a Squirtle just because I think it's awesome.

Wouldn't Dragon/Fire kind of eliminate the Ice weakness?
I'm not a type expert but I think it might neutralize it possibly?

Yay Gravity!

And again, despite Water/Dragon or Fire/Dragon, you can still counter with Dragon too.
It would still infinitely improve Charizard's position(as long as they give it levitate). Earthquake and stealthrock just destroy any chances Charizard has in high level battles.

I'd never want to see an ice dragon type though...even fire would have a bitch of a time dealing with that type combo knowing the stats they'd throw on that dragon.

I'm just afraid of GF making another Garchomp, especially since fire/dragon doesn't have any 4x weaknesses. Plus, I'd like to see a new 600BST Pokémon that Isn't part dragon. Fire/Electric please?

Who's making the official thread? If nobody's called it already, I'll do it.

I'd like to help, if I can. Graphics and such.

Random thought: Outside of Spiritomb and Gastly, ghost pokemon dont look nearly as creepy as they should. Game freak should work on that.

Banette looks creepier than Gastly.

Hmm.........nah.

I don't think they could accomplish that without making them look un-Pokemonish.
All it would take is drawing the sprites a bit differently. The only other option seems to be making them super cute like Rotom and Misdreavus.

Haunter looks plenty creepy.
Okay I'll give you that one. In fact, Gengar kinda wrecks that whole line...

I'll make the American one if that's OK. :D

Nice try. I'm making it for the Japanese release, the updating the OP for the European and US release. :P

and who says ghost types need to be scary? Banette as far down the creepy line as they need to go. any further any they rish angering those misguided parental groups that tried to kill Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon the first time around.

I can't ever see the Gastly line as being creepy because of that episode in the cartoon where they all just played with toys and had fun but, despite that, the creepiest ghost Pokemon for me would have to be Haunter's sprite from Red and Blue.

But DP had separate JP and American threads. :(

Well whatever, if you do a good job I don't care. I was just hoping to give the games the OP they deserve but if you can do that I have no problem with you doing it. :D

Drifloon is pretty creepy, guys. Ever read his Pokedex entries? Pedophile Pokemon imo.

I have fanart... not the pedo kind but the creepy horror kind.

No joke. That shit had me afraid to go in the Pokemon Tower when I was a kid. My sister did it for me on my red, blue, and yellow versions.

I was a little bitch. I'll admit. :lol

Don't the Drifloon entries say that it's too light too actually carry the kids away so the kids just think it's playing with them?

Which is kinda sad, now that you think about it.

Apparently he sometimes succeeds if we go by the HGSS entry so don't give up on it yet!

[Diamond] A Pokémon formed by the spirits of people and Pokémon. It loves damp, humid seasons.
[Pearl] It tugs on the hands of children to steal them away. However, it gets pulled around instead.
[Platinum] Because of the way it floats aimlessly, an old folktale calls it a "Signpost for Wandering Spirits."
[HeartGold] [SoulSilver] It is whispered that any child who mistakes Drifloon for a balloon and holds on to it could wind up missing.

Fact: The anime ruins everything cool about the main series.

It's just a "rumor" though, so it can be false. I find it hilarious that children drags ghosts around like balloons.

So did Pokemon Sunday already happen? Anyway I was thinking that maybe the story has to do with the nature vs. man-made. Zekrom being rumored to be half-electric could represent the artificial and Reshiram being natural.

I bet someone on GAF already posted this. :lol

Zoroark doesn't seem that popular on the forums I visited. Most of the people were discussing Smugleaf and Wotter.
Kids (especially little boys) probably looooooove Zoroark. Same way they loved Lucario. They go for anything that looks agressive or badass or whatever.

You bumped this thread for THIS bull shit?

S/He seems super popular where I go . . . I think it's just because they are newly revealed starters.

I'm almost 21 and I liked Lucario and I like Zoroark. *sticks tongue out*
