I would agree with that too, lol. Ive yet to be able to fit it with my Dragonite, Garchomp, Salamence team. None of the fan art for potential altaria evolutions look that appealing.

It's not that odd; it's the last type they need to cover with an evolved form of Eevee.

They also need to retcon Flareon some prominent fangs so it can learn Crunch and also add a Fire-type equivalent to Waterfall for it to learn.

I think it's just art made based off the sprite, Sugimori-style.
