Was that hard to make? 'Cause I'd feel really guilty prompting you to go and make that thing, then tell you that I'm not tremendously impressed. =\

Making the original picture was hard. Slapping them together to make a gif took like five seconds.

Seriously though, just learn to cross your eyes and look at the other pictures. It's not that hard, and the effect is far better than any flat image could achieve.

It's a really subtle effect and has to be done perfectly to look convincing. Now, can you say you aren't impressed by this one?

If you're unable to see that picture in 3D I wouldn't even bother buying a 3DS. Sucks to be you guys =\

I can't, but that doesn't mean you have to cross your eyes to see the 3D on the screen. that wouldn't be very practical in a consumer produce now would it?

What, are you serious?

Do you really expect to have to cross your eyes the entire time you play 3DS games? :lol

:lol

You're not serious are you? I'm now imagining a bunch of kids sitting around in a room playing pokemon cross-eyed. :lol

no wonder why they were showing the old Pokemon music videos :lol good times

shit, it's the one with Tracy. fuck that shit eater

Image needs to move as fast as the Jurassic Park one or faster for me to really get the effect. Looks OK as is though.

The problem with this game is that they're running out of interesting regions in Japan.

The last game took place in fucking Hokkaido which led to there being so many small podunk towns and farmer trainers. I don't even know what region they could use this gen.

How many possible regions are there in Japan that they can use? Maybe they can use regions from other countries if they ran out of them?

Tokyo apparently!

I wish they'd... LEAVE Japan. That'd be a neat change. But who knows? Maybe they are in B/W! (hahhahahaaaaaa)

Any word if we're gonna be to finally walk in 8 directions? lol
The game looks pretty interesting and I hope they can really get this 3D environment down right.

GROUDON USED EARTHQUAKE

AHHHHH
You know

Way back when HG/SS was announced, some Pokemon fansite claimed it was going to be a new gen it was about your trainer visiting a city for a Professor's errand and it being attacked by a legendary controlled by the evil group. So you become a trainer to stop the group/catch the legendary.

Does anyone else remember this?

woah i just read the most mindblowing thing

what if the world of pokemon is like some kind of game or theme park. you get your monster, go on an adventure, become the best in the world in a short amount of time, and beat the "bad guys" in bad costumes... and then nothing else happens because you won, time to go home kid

on top of that everything has got overarching themes like "poke-" this and that

it's why there are houses with no doors. it's like an epcot town

Most of the main island (Honshu) and most of Shikoku have yet to be adapted.

guys read my post, the cities look small because they're sets, it's all an amusement park for children

otherwise there is some terrifying world where children can become the most powerful god-creature owners in the world, which would mean that the rest of the world lives a hellish existence catering to the Child Champion King of the Week's wishes for fun times

pokemon is all in the head of a blind autistic child having seizures

So... Poke Mt Fuji (Chubu), perhaps? Just looking through the Wiki, that seemed to be the only really noticeable part of Japan left, at least as far distinguishing features those who don't live there would know. (Feel free to correct me, as I'm pretty much just basing this on the mass of anime I've watched, so I could be perfectly wrong, but the stuff that seems to commonly come up in such things has already all been covered outside of Fuji.) Unless one of the multitude of mountains thus far is meant to be Fuji (Mt Silver, maybe?), in which case I have no clue as to what they're going to use next.
Also, panda pokemon that isn't Spinda, please.

More funny to counter the sad.

If this is young Kurt could this mean that the movie/B&W takes place in the past?
[/SPECULATION]
After reading the plot synopsis from CoroCoro that Pokebeach has up, and seeing that new trailer...

edit: Actually, Kurt's original Japanese name is ガンテツ.
Oh well, at least it's speculation worth talking about.
