No one expected Cruz to win OK as far as I'm aware.

Really? I assumed a neighbour state effect was expected.

Trump sounding very presidential tonight.

I'm telling you he's the one to fear. Rubio isn't shit. Never was.

I don't think Hillary vs Trump in the GE will be as easy as you all think.

yeap. He is just playing the cards he needs to in order to win. He is going to moderate HARD his message once he gets into the general. The return of the compassionate republican with outsider bonus points.

We're gonna be hearing all about this Marcomentum tomorrow if Rubio wins Minnesota. Pisses me off the most because it's so blatant when you got 2 guys ahead of him, 1 significantly so.

Don't even start with this. He did worse than Cruz and is looking like he will get crushed in delegates.

The media was celebrating when he won 3rd in Iowa. Imagine the fervor if he actually wins something.

Boy it's really too bad that the Internet exists and literally everything he has ever said can be replayed endlessly.

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage
I think that guy tried to setup Trump with that question. Did he actually say that on FOX?

The return of the soft-spoken, pseudointellectual Trump from early interviews. I honestly think Trump could have done as well as he is doing now without the jackassery if he'd adopted this more measured demeanor.

No, he wasn't on Fox yesterday.

It was a setup, then. I wonder if it was an RNC plant.

This just in: RNC changing rules: Minnesota primary winner gets the nomination.
:lol

Yes more useful in arguing on message board as your fav gets carted off to a nursing home

More useful to actually see if theres a trend in every major demographic towards more progressive, socialist politics with the youngsters, who will define the future of the Dem Party.

And no, he is not going anywhere near a nursing home. He is actually going to run for Norway´s prime minister.

NPR is asking every Republican analyst/Congressmen/Governors, What does it mean to the GOP when Donald Trump is clearly the front runner?

They all go "ummm" for at least 3 seconds lmao

I think youngsters need to come out and vote.

He wins most states 18-29 by about 2:1 or so except Georgia.

The issue is that when this is broken down further, as in SC it tends to reveal something less helpful. That he's basically winning young whites. And that furthermore, young white men by margins that swamp other groups in this bloc.

I could be wrong, but I don't really think the future of the Democratic party is going to be dominated by young white men.

I will say this. I don't know what fundamental differences there are with African American's socio-political circumstances between the north and the south, but from the anecdotal evidence I've gathered from a few urban and predominately AA precincts (including the precinct I caucused in where Bernie won), there was an overwhelming response from the AA community in support of Sanders.

Now, I can't tell you why that is (it sure surprised the hell out of me) but those are the facts on the ground here in Minneapolis where there were lots of African American voters. I suspect there will be some media discussion about this soon.
