Hmmm... LA Love was okay but tbh I don't think anything can get Britney a Top 10 anymore. :/ She just doesn't really appear to have the drive and that's fine, she's been able to spend a lot more time with her family due to her relatively quiet career so more power to her tbh.

Right? It's blowing my mind. I have listened to it on repeat all day and just had to have another one before bed. I think I might have to stan them. I see they are coming to the U.S. in the fall. I like the first 1/2 of the album better than the 2nd (deluxe).

Yeah, tried Ties: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3nertWi_Mg but I love Shine, Desire, Real, Worship, King, Gold... I love his voice, the production, his lyrics, the beats.

Agreed about IGY, it's the perfect summer smash :-\

But Thunder might just be milquetoast and inoffensive enough for moderate success in America. I mean, it's basically what you get when you lock Stay With Me and Fight Song in a room.

Weird that she filmed the video the other day. You'd think it best for it to be ready at the same time as the single release, considering her nonexistent profile stateside.

But no matter, it's all up to Def Jam now. Promo's the real test~

The problem that I'm having with all of Leona's new material is that her voice is so pristine. Too pristine. Everything she sings comes off as so damn vanilla and boring.

I mean, if you're going to sing a song with the line "Well I'm coming back with the thunder" then I need to hear you sing with some grit.

She's not connecting emotionally to any of this music. It's like she's just going into the studio half-sleep and singing whatever scraps they can dig up for her, and she sounds about as exciting as a doorknob because of it.

Working with Timbaland in 2015. Got damn, what kind of struggle... The fact that she's still recording in July of this year while her album is still untitled shows the lack of confidence she has on her new material.

While unfortunate that Rih is working with Timbaland rn and still on the studio because American Trash + TIDAL foolery stopped the momentun she had with 45S and BBHMM I have faith that #R8 is going to deliver and you all going to rihgret all your words and deeds.
