Ok, but one of us is confused about the meaning of "all time".
It's not exactly difficult to understand. Before soundscan, there wasn't an institution dedicated to the efficient, systematic tracking of music sales.
Of course, there was tracking before Soundscan, but not under a system as efficient. A lot of albums from before the Soundscan era are horribly inflated.

Alright, i'll eat my crow pie. Just listened to Body Talk in its entirety for the first time & now I know who Miss Robyn is. I understand why I haven't heard this earlier, but I wasn't really much into pop music back then, and Robyn herself was a definite Hew. The electronic beats & productions give the alberm much power tbh, & the Snoop collab took me for a shock just a bit. It's pretty great overall & catchy.
