I know they flopped with Push & Shove, but I've literally grown up listening to them.

1) Flop or not, Push and Shove was a great album.
2) I think they're making the right move. When you flop, you don't wait years until you put out another album. You capitalize on whatever momentum you did create and continue putting more music out. Flopping seems to have lit a fire under their ass, and I bet next time around they'll be able to connect more to their audience, many of which probably didn't realize they were back on the scene.
