I don't think so. If anything I think he'll rebound a little here just cuz he spoke passionately about how Hillary wants to kill babies.

I don't think she takes Texas either, but I do think he probably lost some women voters tonight. This was probably his worst debate in terms of gaining or losing actual votes; normally we think like Trump can't possibly lose any of his existing supporters, but I will not be surprised if tonight actually costs him some women voters who were already on the line with how bad his stock has been with women the past month.

So I was in a debate watch party tonight and ended up arguing whether or not Russia is really involving itself in the election because top-level US intelligence officers say they're "confident" rather than 100% sure.

This election, man.

I can't believe we got through all 3 of these debates without Trump having to answer or defend his position on climate change.

He won't. He got destroyed overall. He talked to his base which won't give him any bump.
Hope your right. I could just see him talking about abortion and guns playing well down here.

Nationwide not at all, but there are still plenty of bible thumpers in Ted Cruz country who are not really his base (which I consider different from the GOP base)

Huh? What did I say? Did I screw up again? :(
Hey guys. I just finished watching the entire debate but I totally love others forming my opinions (but secretly hoping I get a surprise validation)...anyways, I just wanted to ask do you think I'll be happy with the results? *bubbly giggle*

they asked him about it in one of the debates, that he claimed "Global warming is a conspiracy invented by china."

His response was "wrong." Then after the debate, his campaign manager said his official position is that global warming is happening, but isn't man made. And so the reporter talking asked, "so, if he agrees it exists, why is he against measures to try and stop it?"

And the answer once again was, "the chinese!"

The lack of conversation about climate change has been distressing through the primaries. Scary shit.

In the first debate Hillary said Trump believed that climate change was a hoax perpetrated by China, and he just interrupted her with his usual "Wrong!" That was the extent of climate change discussion.

I am surprsied that Hillary didn't hammer him any more on the issue, since it seems like the kind of topic that would appeal to swing voters.

Hahahaha. So I saw this on CNN:

Erin Burnett: If somebody you know and trust told you that Donald Trump sexually assaulted them, would that change your opinion on him?
Giuliani: I can't answer a hypothetical. That's like, if I asked you (referring to Marc Cuban) if somebody told you that Hillary murdered someone, would that change your opinion of Hillary.
Cuban: Yes.
Giuliani: Uh...well, okay but it's still a hypothetical.
Burnett: Yeah, but Marc answered that hypothetical. Will you?
Giuliania: Uh.......

That was some shit straight outta Veep. Cuban's timing made it so hilarious. He answered so quickly. He broke Rudy.

Finished watching most of it. Both candidates had their best performance yet. Hillary was sharp, competent and projected confidence and strength. Trump was comparatively calm and on-topic, but still not even close to competent.

Trump ruined whatever upside this debate could have had for him with the concession question which is the only thing people will remember from this.

what was that whole deal about Trump saying Clinton paid people to incite violence at his rallies? what evidence does he have for that? he said he had evidence.

He always has evidence. He has evidence the nine women accusing him of sexual assault are all lying. Of course he isn't going to share any of that evidence, but he has it!

Trump fucked up so badly that the fact that (according to him) he outed his wife as lying in an interview she gave 48 hours ago is getting zero coverage

They still aren't 100% for her for legitimate reasons, but recognize her as a superior alternative to Trump whose almost inarguably one of the worst candidates we've seen in a while.

Why do people not being Gung ho about Clinton make them scumbags? Really?

They were praying she'd go to jail..

Jimmy was all for a Trump win to accelerate a left revolt....

That's what makes them scumbags

Does Hilary not use the obvious answers to a lot of his claims - ie 30 years, of which she was in office for maybe 12, and can't just force laws to change at will for example, because it validates him and his nonsense or some other reason?

It would come off as an excuse.

People don't like excuses.

This is why you and I aren't politicians. :/

Trump did a lot better than previous debates. Still bombed, but an improvement nonetheless. I wonder why his polls are so low this time though. I get the feeling that it's because Hillary got her hands a bit dirty this time. There's a certain portion of the population who will go for whoever appeared to get the "sick burns". This time Hillary brought the attitude.

Ugh, one of my friends who used to be a super fanatic of Bernie back in the primaries is still trying to peddle shit against Clinton. AKA "read the WikiLeaks and form your own opinions!", and "CNN is the Clinton News Network, they're so biased!"

That some people so readily swallow obvious Russian propaganda just to confirm their biases is disgusting. We've combed through every one of the leaks and the allegations of "quid pro quo" or "pay to play" are strained at best and outright lies at worst. It's looking more likely that he'll stay home for the election (because Stein and Johnson are really no better), but it's sad to see that some people really never got over their fervor form the primaries.

EDIT: His loony hypothesis is that Clinton is only winning by this amount because they "hide" all the "bad things" from Clinton while constantly covering Trump's shit. He goes on to say that without this media interference we wouldn't have either one of them getting elected for president. Doesn't really say who ELSE would be the frontrunner at this point, because in no reality would Stein or Johnson ever be a serious contender for the presidency.

Could you imagine if Trump actually refuses to concede

Clinton can be declared the winner without his concession. It'll just take a few hours longer to make it official. All he'll do by "conceding" will be to make himself look like the slimiest piece of shit to have ever run for President in US history.

Finished watching. I thought Trump did really well. He was actually fairly toe-to-toe with Hillary but absolutely RUINED everything with that concession statement. God, that was fucking terrible. He just made himself look really bad with that.

How did I just see an "undecided voter" criticize Trump's election results comment as the ramblings of an egomaniac and then moments later say that he was now persuaded to vote for Trump.

I'm really starting to wonder if people are just not ready for a woman President. I know it has not been alluded to much but seriously I'm starting to suspect that this is a deep-seated resentment about women in power as well it being Hillary possibly not being the one to be able to cross that divide with some people.

Who the hell is James O'Keefe? I had a quick look at the deplorables subreddit and all they were talking about was how Trump bringing him up was the bombshell of the debate
