Probably the most remarkable transgender transformation ever

Boobs were better before.

Jokes are OK right? :P

She looks great! Good for her.
This is going to be me being picky, but can we move on from calling transgender people transgendered? It isn't an illiness or a condition you're afflicted with.
Semantics.
Eh. I feel like mine's better.
Hard to quantify without context, and the transformation in question from a chubby little boy into a beautiful, svelte lady is pretty damn remarkable.

But fair enough. Good for you.

Clean up your room please....that's quite annoying for me

:/

To be perfectly honest, I couldn't justify going much more than a fling if I seriously considered dating someone MtF. I'm not too big into the idea of one night stands any longer and it seems messed up to lead people on unless they only want to mess around the older I get. I want kids of my own eventually, not adoption wise either.

Being homosexual merely means you are attracted to the same sex. Going transgender means you feel you were born in the wrong body, on the wrong side of society. The problem is, you are not. Society is simply enforcing a bunch of rules on each gender and you switched to the side you feel closer to.

Don't change yourself, change society.

As a note, people always told me I am secretly gay because of my "feminine" mannerisms. Well, I picked up a lot from my mom. It was so strong I felt like I was born on the wrong side. But it was not me in the wrong body. It's society having ridiculous allencompassing gender norms.

So, I respect going transgender. But I will never applaud it. Because to me, they got you. They got you good.
I implore you to google some articles on the differences between sex and gender.

I don't think you understand things correctly. Being transgender doesn't just mean you have feminine mannerisms or something like that. It's a legitimate psychological condition where your body literally feels wrong. It feels incorrect. Symptoms include "disgust at their own genitalia." That's not just society telling them they shouldn't be feminine. That's their brain telling them it's in the wrong sort of body.

I mean I agree society sucks with what it tells people, but that's not really what's going on here.

She looks dolled up and unnatural. Her boobs especially don't look good in any of the other pictures.

As mentioned several times, Dax's is much more impressive.

What is it with the people coming out with the fact they have messy rooms in this thread. So disappointing,

Mine is a a paradigm of cleanliness.

Well I go through random bouts of being super clean and disgustingly messy every year or two and it's the latter right now I got some of my tops and skirts thrown all over the floor with headphones, pillows, amazon boxes, etc... I should probably get around to cleaning soon but the last time I said that was last month.

I remain sceptical. You'd think someone with enough money to transform themselves into a woman, especially with skin bleaching and stuff, would have higher quality pictures of themselves before they had the surgery.

Going from shitty disposable camera quality to HD pictures doesn't seem as effective as showing a before and after with two pictures of a comparable quality.

Ridiculously nit-picky, I know, but it is how I feel.

I agree with this, and it's probably because a lot of surgery was involved.

Also, Dax looks great and I'm so happy that she feels more comfortable in her own skin now. That's really awesome, sincerely. But as I said previously "her transformation is much more impressive" is a completely baseless statement without a comparison, even though I totally understand her reluctance to show before pics. I'm not trying to be a dick, but it simply is.

I'm sorry if this comes across as an attempt to belittle your achievements Dax, it's really not! I think you look great and was genuinely surprised when I found out you are transgender.

I was being facetious. ; ) Mine is regularly a clothe strewn mess, and yeah, I go through periods of sort-of-cleanly, not to so cleanly. The latter usually when I've had people stay over. The clean up process becomes time-stretched in an evil bubble of 'soon'.

I'm very happy for her.

I don't get the pale shaming, though. That's what she wants to be. She also wanted to be beautiful and feminine-looking. Don't be a hater. Some people just like how pale skin looks better.

Hey dude. Just letting you know it's really goddamn offensive for you to say "I'm not attracted to transgender people." It's the equivalent of saying, "I'm not attracted to Asians."

Let me answer your question with a question: Why would I want people to see me as a boy when that's not the real me?

Right before I turned21.
I never said I'm not attracted to transgendered people.

Wow, if that transition is real than good for her. A lot of people are afraid to commit to it for personal fear of outward appearance and acceptance, but I'm glad it worked out for her.

I wouldn't dare post a before picture but:

I'd seen pics of you on Facegaf before and I would had never have guessed this was the case. You look great.

You definitively looks completely natural while the OP example does suffer from plastic surgery syndrome, with that said, without comparisons pics, the OP is more "remarkable" in the sense of how extreme the before/after difference is, which is what the news was going for.

As long as the OP example is happy with the results she got that's all that matters anyway.

Eh. I feel like mine's better.

Is this a common reaction from one transgender to another regarding their progress / 'transformation'? Saying 'eh' and treating it like a competition where they lost seems like it would be viewed as insensitive in general, let alone coming from another trans person.

Nope. Transgenders actually get happy about each other (most of the times) if the other got a better job. And sometimes congratulate each other.

Haha holy shit.

Yes, it's on life support in the community forum.

Btw transdar apparently doesn't exist, had no idea about Dax, haha.

Do hormones actually work at any ages??? My natural hormones are messed up and I look 10 years younger than I am. :'(

Dude, of course they work...for anyone and at any age. Unless you're unfortunate enough to have some kind of androgen insensitivity or other genetic disorder.

Yo, I see that one on the front page of OT Community more than Boxing GAF OT.
Some of those Community pages get no love though, god damn.

I remember that one girl in that thread, was her name Jaime?

She was the spitting image of a young Michelle Pfeiffer, yet was still terribly insecure.

She still around?

Wat. You realize that people who are gay and people who are trans are a little different from each other and also from somebody who gets called gay because of feminine mannerisms, right? I think they actually got you.
