I thought this was just a sink hole created to make you spend money and earn useless digital trophies I had no idea they gave you points for buying stuff and they allow you to buy games with those points. I just slept on the whole thing.

I had stacked PS+ Premium up until something like 2027 before the PS Stars program was even a thing so I wasn't earning points on subs anyway but it sucks nonetheless that there is one less way to earn those points now.

I didn't either!!

Here is how I found out:

After pressing on your name/avatar on the main app screen you will see your points balance.

Pressing on your "level" will take to to another screen which will let you browse "rewards"

Stars is awesome. When I found out about it, I bought SF6 at launch for 25 bucks less. And last week I got 40 bucks from it, which makes Silent Hill essentially 30 bucks.

FYI, use them for store credit.
