it got boring fast when all the pool tables, bowling lanes and arcade games were being used. I watched that SOCOM movie like 30 times which made me open the copy I had and install it.

On the back of the SOCOM box, it says it's Home compatible and to that I say NO.

Man... This is on par with the Konami MGO roll-out.. Sony should hire some MS guys from Live as consultants.

Ummmmm, what? It's not as if Live has not had their share of down time. Besides, you can't compare the complexity of Home to anything on Live. Home is way more complex and demanding. Not even in the same class of infrastructure.

Created a club called "LittleBigPlanet" thats right I actually got the name!!

Anywayz: Got like 8 requests without advertising it at all :lol

It will showcase levels from LBP via bulletens and soon via TVs when they come out.

However I am not accepting invites till later because I cant even acess the club it says "Service unavailable" :lol

I'm so sad. This thing had so much potential, but boy is it lacking. The movie theater could be perfect if they used the old one they had in the beta. First floor could be film trailers and second could be game trailers. The main hall would have two big screens showing the latest game and film trailers. Then you would have the normal little stadium seating rooms you walk into which have a schedules posted outside that rotates trailers. There are tons of ideas for this However, Tthe video files in aren't synced for everyone so what you are watching is not always the same which ruins any fun with talking with others. Also the camera annoys the crap out of me. I can't rotate it all around me while i'm moving!!! They even took out first person. I'm going to go cry.

It has a ton of potential, but they need to make some smart choices with the design, and content is going to be king. If they could get something like a gametrailers.com or 1up space where you see the original videos from those sites streaming (bonus round, retrospectives, 1up show etc) that could be really cool. Of course that is up to those sites.

PS: It really sucks that media sharing didn't make launch. I have a feeling we are going to have to wait a long time.

Just wait for a couple days for the crowd to die down since half of the people won't log on more than once anyway. They probably don't have enough servers up for everyone that want to check it out, anticipating most of the people won't be using it after first couple days. :lol
