Oh, I understand it's not that difficult of a feature to implement but that's not what I was talking about. I just found it strange a game that is launching with the PS4 and didn't have remote play already tested.

Possibly something to do with the fact that it's a feature of the OS so they know it's not something they have to worry about. Who knows.

Lol, odd. It said you couldn't do that in the email I got. Said one copy of each title only. Perhaps it's because customer service didn't have that rule before tomorrow's official sale. For tomorrow's, you have to use promo code GR8TNESS for buy two get one free.

Did it? I might have to re-read that. I'm sending back the first copy that had already been mailed out. The second one is tied to BF4 in the deal so I assumed that one I couldn't actually send back.

I think my situation may fall into a different set of rules since I didn't use the greatness code or do the Buy2 get 1 free deal. I used the B1G1 code. My first copy of Killzone was separate from the B1G1 order.

Right, that's what I'm thinking. You might have gotten away with it since you weren't using this promotion, although, it's essentially the same thing.

It's a B2G1 deal for everyone. You got a B1G1 code because you had already preordered one game, and therefore had already bought one game, so now you get a code for a buy 1 get 1 free to complete your buy 2 get 1. If you had pre-ordered 2 games already they would have sent you a code for a free game.
