Still waiting on AC IV and NFS from Tesco too! Did you order the Skull edition originally? If it got changed to the standard edition you can ring them and get £10 off the standard edition - cheekily the email they sent me about the cancellation never specified that, but plenty on HUKD rang and were offered the deal, so I did and was offered it straight away.

Pretty big queue in my local tesco chatted to the dude on checkout he said some lunatics got there at 1 o clock! Also queue is bigger than their allotment. He added that the xbox launch was quiet in comparison.

While in game press the Share button. and it will give you the option to start broadcasting
Fuck me, my ISP (Virgin Media) is having some network issues in my area this week.
Internet randomly disconnects, it's back now, but what shitty timing with PS4 coming tomorrow
Mine has shit the bed as well (EE, not Virgin though). It's fine for about 10 minutes after hard reset and then it falls to pieces (from 15mbps to sub-1mbps). Anyone help?

Aussie PS4s seem to be made in Japan.
Installation was a cinch, update was a cinch, downloading from psn was blazing fast, the UI is crazy fast and way beyond what I thought, Remote Play works throughout my house and garden.
The only negative is that Contrast sucks. It sucks so damn much. It feels ancient and plays like a student game.

Nah. Exact same thing happened on NA launch night. Keep trying for a while, and if you can't connect, give it another shot tomorrow.

It's charming, it's got some neat ideas, some fun puzzles and it's not long at all so it doesn't overstay its welcome. It might not be for you, but I found it a pleasant break from shooting stuff.

I frequent an Aussie tech forum and I haven't seen anyone comment that their console is made in Japan.
So I picked up my NZ PS4 this afternoon before work, and spent most of this afternoon doing the updates, downloading apps, upgrading HDD etc. and a few things I noted:
- The console I received was "Made in China", so either only the UK/EU were receiving the Made in Japan consoles or it's entirely at random. Had no HDMI issues or any other issues at all, so I'm sighing in relief.
- The OS is so damn quick! I was blown away at how quickly everything moves, after owning a PS3 since launch. The only thing I've had to get used to is using R2 to replace the Start button when completing messages
Also, you can't get the free 14-day PS+ trial if you've ever had a free trial for PS+ before. I must have had it for my PS3 years ago, because it won't let me access the free trial on my PS4.

Yeah mine's made in China, bought in Melbourne. Everything looks and has been running perfectly.

Second in the queue at GAME.
Didn't realise the Killzone bundle came with a Limited Edition steel book. Looks sexy.
Played some Resogun, Battlefield and Knack. Exhausted now but relieved I've secured a console and I'll dive into things after a decent nights sleep. From what I've played - amazing system.
Can't believe how cool the audio cues from the controller speaker are in Resogun. Feels futuristic and uber cool!
