Initial Question: I preordered this item in June. I pay for Prime, and chose One-Day Delivery for it. It has just dispatched, and the delivery estimate has changed from the 29th November to 2nd December. I'd like an explanation, please. I'm not getting the service I paid for.

03:26 PM(GMT) Gavin Gallagher: Ok, but I specifically said to a customer service rep earlier in the week that CityLink deliveries to me always miss their delivery date. He assured me that a note was added to the order that CityLink shouldn't be used to deliver it.
03:27 PM(GMT) Gavin Gallagher: Not only that, your tracking page said the 29th November right up until it had shipped, and therefore the only time I was informed it wouldn't be here tomorrow was too late to cancel.
03:27 PM(GMT) Puja(CSA): He certainly left a note but I’m afraid that we don’t have the ability to assign certain carriers to a specific customer or address but we’ll continue working with all of our carriers to drive improvements for our customers.

03:36 PM(GMT) Puja(CSA): I can see that your order has been dispatched on Wednesday, 27 November 2013 and should be delivered to you on Thursday, 28 November 2013 its seems to be like there is an unforeseen delay to deliver your order.
As it has been sent via Royal Mail which is an non-traceable carrier, I'll not be able to trace it.

I'd expect that you'll receive the order before then, but if you don't, please let us know and I can assure you that we’ll be happy to issue you with a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
03:38 PM(GMT) Gavin Gallagher: There was a One-Day delivery order last week that was a few days late too, so I'm sure it'll turn up, but the point is, my One-Day deliveries, that I'm paying your annual Prime fee for, are consistently failing

I'm sorry, you've had such a bad experience.
