PS4 Pro boxes getting prepped

i just sold my ps4 500 gig system with one game for 250 dollars. i cant believe how fast it sold within 45 minutes of posting it. wow.

I rarely use matchmaking. PVE mainly.

Matchmaking is still happening there though, even if you're not actively playing with those people. They're still putting you in an instance with others. It's unfortunately not going to be the sort of game that gets a lot out of better hard drive loading.

PS4 pro as a first Trojan horse 4K product in the house, starting the inexorable side towards 'needing' a 4kTV, or 4kTV laying the groundwork for 'well we need something to use those pixels'..

Looks like the media is just getting their hands on it today. Shinobi says the embargo is up on the 7th.

The fucking 7th?!

Hopefully this leaks to retailers and consumers as fast as Slim did. The patches for many games are already available.

I know this is gonna come outta left field but how do you like the sneakers? Been looking at the Nike Lunars for awhile now.

I dig them. For my last generation of shoes, I alternated between the Lunarglide 7s and the Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit. Unfortunately, Nike killed the 4.0 for 2016, so my current pair is the Lunarglide 8s, which are mad comfy if you like a shoe with some support to it.

Guys, Shinobi said that the embargo is up Nov 7th at 8am EST ;(((

I can confirm those are correct numbers.

What about the supposed event in London?? I guess the 7th we'll be getting hands on and comparisons for games that's getting patches but I don't think this entire week will go by without any new media info.

So are we expecting floodgates the 7th or is it going to be trickling in?

Floodgates.

We'll get more Pro game impressions there, but those will be just in-event hands/eyes on impressions. Maybe more game announcements for Pro support. No tear downs or actual use impressions (for games already patched for Pro features) until the 7th.

Was about to say that as well. We might get a decent amount of information from that, because isn't it supposed to dive into specifics? And games?

I'll admit, I'm still agonizingly anticipating the DF comparisons; the 7th hurts! Haha.

So the OS looks great in 4K and I didn't expect Destiny pro patch to be as good as you say. whoa

And that 8 tflops feel!

Just put my order down at Best Buy, standard shipping get's it here by the 10th and I'm off the 11th for Veteran's Day. Pretty damn excited about this, now all I need is a sale on the Samsung KS8000.

EDIT: Just as I say that the 65" KS8000 is 1700 dollars at Best Buy. So freaking tempted right now, but Black Friday will probably yield a better price.

I decided to play a waiting game on getting a new TV past my wife since PSVR & Pro + insane amount of PSVR games would be pushing it a bit.

Plus I figure the longer I wait the longer it'll be for someone to figure out the HDR pass through on the PSVR PU issue, or Sony offer a replacement unit.

I bought 4K TV last summer with no HDR. No regrets. 4K content is awesome
