There's more than that I'm looking forward to. 1080p remote play? Yes please.
Ooh - I remote play a lot to my PC. This would be really useful. Damn but I wanted a white one.

I'm talking about white specs appearing as soon as I change my resolution to 4k for my PC. Basically seems like the GPU is struggling. There are not a lot of them, maybe a couple of dozen pixels worth scattered at various points of the screen, that pop up in random places even on a still image they'll just shimmer in and out), switching back to 1080p gets rid of them altogether.
The Xbox One S works fine with it aside from HDR which is due to XB1S using 4:2:0 that the TV doesn't handle well at the moment.
I got the Vizio P50-C1. The Vizio CTO who has been regularly communicating with folks over at the avsforums while coming out with firmware updates to fix specific issues, has acknowledged it and has said they are currently working on this issue (and also working on reducing the HDR lag by about 15ms). That update should be dropping sometime in November.
Anyways, my older TV must've had a lower than average color range, because even the SDR content I'm watching on this TV is resolving more detail/displaying more colors (the exact same video files).
Not long to go. Hope it makes much less noise than launch models.
Can anyone with the knowledge tell me if amazon will deduct my gift card balance first, before charging my card for preorders? I got a nice amazon gift card for the bday so I'm wondering if I can use it towards my ps4p? Thanks
Provided you've ticked it as an option then yes, gift card first, then credit card. Can anyone with the knowledge tell me if amazon will deduct my gift card balance first, before charging my card for preorders? Get rid of the sky box. You life will probably be better without flow-based programming in it, trust me.I preordered the PS4 Pro months ago but we've recently got a new TV unit that only has space for two components e.g. Sky box and Xbox One, the Pro won't fit on top of the unit because of how low the TV is.
Fucks sake.
Yes, many of them have been confirmed. But I think we have to wait until next week for a complete list.Do we know if any PSVR games are going to take advantage of the PS Pro extra power yet?

Both direct and through your network work.

As a non-technical person, does this mean I can connect both the PS4 and the PS4Pro to my wireless router via Ethernet and perform the system transfer that way?

I cut the cord years ago, no regrets. Everything is online anyway.

Unfortunately for me, I only have 1 black controller. That is the best deal though. Thanks for sharing. The extra controller. Cancel yours and look for the two controller bundle if you have a 2nd controller.
Why would they lie?
The PS4 Pro wasn't even formally announced until months later. The graphics showcased wasn't anything unfathomable. We've played UC4 already which had ridiculously good looking graphics.
You have no reason to believe either way, you only have their word. It's just probable that they would use Pro gameplay, that's all.Watch Dogs and Witcher 3 are Sony's first party games??? What NMS's multiplayer has to do with graphical downgrades???
Yo need to back up your claim that GOW 4 was running on PS4 Pro.
Yup. As long as both are connected to the router via Ethernet, you can. It's right in the instructions how to do this. You can also connect both wirelessly to the router and use a cable between the PS4sAs a non-technical person, does this mean I can connect both the PS4 and the PS4Pro to my wireless router via Ethernet and perform the system transfer that way?
That's only if you want to connect the PS4s wirelessly to the ROUTER to sign in. He said they would both be connected to his wireless router via Ethernet. You don't need to connect them together if they are both connected via Ethernet to the router.PS4 <- cable -> PS4 Pro
Aye. You can still connect both the the router wirelessly and use a cable between them, whichever is easier. You just have to be signed in to PSN on your main PS4 that you are transferring from to start the processThanks for the responses regarding transferring via Ethernet/wireless router. For the last couple of weeks I've been looking for a third Ethernet lead to connect up the PS4/Pro as well as connect them to my wireless router, only dawned on me yesterday the PS4/Pro only have one Ethernet port !!!
Doesnt all consoles only have one E-port?Thanks for the responses regarding transferring via Ethernet/wireless router. Why do you need them to be connected wireless for the transfer?

I've ordered a Pro, so It'll look good either way![]()
You can always get up and running fast by deleting any games (keep the saves) you aren't immediately playing and redownload them later. Up to you.

I don't know, PS4 Pro Ultimate FAQ from US blog had a stealth update at some point...

it's probably because you're doing a wholesale transfer of content which include licenses and also registering/unregistering your primary console, which you can only have one of. It's not simply transferring data between two pieces of hardware and some of what you're doing requires exactly the same server authorisation when you're just authorising without the data transfer so it makes sense that it has to be connected to their servers.Doesnt all consoles only have one E-port?

How long will it take to transfer about 500GB?Never mentioned in these guides I've read about transfer data from one PS4 to another. But both consoles need to be connected to the same wireless router AND via ethernet cable to each other?

Dunno, just seen 300 GB and that took 45-50 minutesHow long will it take to transfer about 500GB?
Thanks.
Can this be done after the transfer is complete?connected via ethernet for transfer speed and robustness. But when connected to each other via ethernet, that means they can't be connected to the internet by ethernet (only one socket). So they have to use wireless to connect to the internet. This is presumably to sign you in to PSN to authenticate and then deauthorise the old console.
The consoles are connected via ethernet or you have the option to do it via the router if your consoles aren't together.Never mentioned in these guides I've read about transfer data from one PS4 to another. Okay.I only have they word. LOL! And you have...? It's clearly that GOW 4 didn't run on PS4 Pro. And also at Sony event when some game was running on Pro, it was clearly stated.
I asked you this few pages ago :
Maybe because those graphics are possible on standard PS4 or you think that U4 is the best what standard PS4 has to offer and can't go more than that?
And also. You need to back up your claim that GOW 4 wasn't running on standard PS4 and provide some proof. Same shit happend with Horizon when that game was showed for the first time at E3. OMG, is that a Neo version? No, it's not. Game was running on standard PS4 all the time. At Sony event game was running on PS4 Pro with higher graphical fidelity and that was cleary stated during conference on big screen.

Living single was great lol...Living single was great television, don't you dare bad mouth it.
Yes, it's the new model like the slim.Does the Pro dualshock 4 include the option to turn off bluetooth and have it connected fully via usb?
So you could mature your hd content of course haha.Okay.
Yeah, that was the shit. Not sure why you'd need two HDMI outputs though?
CyberPunked, the whole point is, when we have Shu, and the actual developers themselves saying that the games at E3 were running on a base unit months before PS4 Pro was even announced, the onus is on you to provide proof that these games were running on Pro and not base PS4.
Its not enough to just assume people are lying and then point to completely different circumstances of lying as an argument.
Ooh - I remote play a lot to my PC. This would be really useful. Damn but I wanted a white one.

People just can't admit they are wrong LOL. You can believe whatever you want but when you spout it to others you need to back it up.I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. Those were just my opinions on the matter. Everyone is free to believe whatever they want, and ultimately, it doesn't really matter either way.

Okay.

Has anyone bought from Game UK before for a console launch? Are they usually on time? I don't know why I didn't by from Amazon tbh, I even have prime.
