Missing out on Fury is a big mistake, especially if you've already got LBP (which is now completely redundant anyway since LBP2 is b/c with all the levels and enhances the visuals).

It's not completely redundant, as the backwards-compatibility isn't 100%.
If you check the community threads the more complex LBP1 levels are suggested to be played in LBP1 and not in 2.
Sometimes you miss out on quite a lot of the levels visuals. I traded in LBP1 and now picked it up again for the same reason.

What happens to your saves in your online storage when your PS+ subscription runs out? Can you reaccess it when get Plus again?
Also is there a list of games that "feature" saves you cannot copy? I immediately copied my Demon's Souls save to the online storage but there're probably more games like that.

If your PlayStation Plus subscription expires then you will no longer be able to access Online Storage until you renew your subscription. However, any game saves stored will be kept for six months and you will be able to access them as before when you renew the subscription, as long as you do so within that six month period.

Wow Burnout Paradise is amazing!
This is coming from somebody who 'doesn't do' racing games either.
It always looked interesting but the demo was shit so I forgot this game existed until now, thanks free PS+

Had a hell of a time deciding what to get. Infamous was a given, and I downloaded and installed that last night, and I went with Dead Nation as my other choice, kinda regret it, but I'm sure when I play it I'll enjoy it. Would've been nice to finally get LBP, but I didn't want to have to download another large game, so it was either Wipeout or Dead Nation, and I already have SSHD.

Got Wipeout and SSHD and now I have to choose my 2 PSP games...by the way I can download them from the store on my PS3 and just transfer them to the PSP after right?my PS3 connection is 10 times faster then on my wireless PSP...think i`ll get Resistance and Mod Racer...

EDIT: wth...Wipeout HD installed and all but I can`t launch the game because there is no icon on the XMB...where is it???

is anyone else having trouble getting into the japanese store? i'm in japan, but i get a message saying このサービスはあなたの国/地域ではご利用になれません - this says "you can't use this service from your country or location". what!

Ouch that's got to suck.

I got an error during the download when it was at 96%. I almost flipped out, but thankfully all I had to do was resume the download and things proceeded smoothly.

I have a seperate account from my son but we chose the same 2 free games, does he have to redownload the free games into his account too? i would hate to have to take up further space by him having to redownload the data again.

No and you didn't have to pick the same games on both accounts. You could have picked two games with your account then two different games with his account then be able to play all four games on both accounts.

Ended up with Infamous, Little Big Planet, Pursuit Force, and Little Big Planet PSP. I started downloading Infamous around 1AM this morning, and woke up just now to find it finished. Kind of excited to check this game out.

I figured LBP would give me the most bang for my buck. Seeing that I already have Wipeout HD, and Dead Nation and Super Stardust don't interest me.

I played the Modnation PSP demo over the weekend and am feeling kinda iffy about it. Its no S&SASR thats for sure! Its kinda complicated and hard for a cutesy kart racer. Oh wells umm oh does anyone know if the password reset website still down for maintenance?

Any games that are up for free are basically free rentals. Anything you pay money for, you keep.

It is, I haven't been able to download anything since I am required to change my password before i can access the PSN, but the password change site is down for maintenance, so I'm screwed out of anything right now.

Cheaper for the developer to have a patch certified for release than have a fully patched game re-certified for release?

3. USB connection to PSP
4. Put unzipped.zip in /psp/game/
5. Run KZL
6. Continue Game->Download
7. Wait until "out of memory"
8. O... "do you want to install? Yes."
9. ????
10. PROFIT

There is nothing to screw up there.

And good for GG to put it back up. But why not put the goddamn stats for KZ1/2/L back up!?

At least the online servers are up, even if 8 players were playing on two separate servers when I checked before noon.

Don't you get regular wipeout free also? Thats what the offer intimated (did I use that word correctly?)

Because it's... AND EXPANSION PACK FOR WIPEOUT HD?, perhaps?

I got the unlock key and the full 783 mb also but deleted the demo hehe...I guess that `s it then,i`ll download the demo again,thanks guys.

Why is it always been slow to download shit from PSN? I am even talking before this whole hack thing? I mean if my desktop that is bridged to a laptop that is connected to wifi can download 2gb in 11 minutes...


why does it take my PS3 wired almost 5 hours to get 75% through 1475mb? Too boot it timed out and I start at 0%.

Such ass backwards.

I am pretty sure PSN downloads have always been throttled by sony.

Yet its eating all the bandwidth. Grr I can't do ANYTHING while it sits there downloading for 5 hours..especially since I have to start over and this is only one of the two games I can get.
