I was coming here to ask this. Glad to find an answer. Thanx!Chamber said:Japanese store is still down.

HK, JP and KOR are still down I think. And they are the major east asian countries :\luxarific said:I had the reverse situation. I was able to download PSP games on my EU account, but I didn't even get the option to download any PSP titles on my US account.
Can't believe the Hong Kong password change page is STILL down. They really don't give a shit about Asia.

Try the Qriocity website.Ether_Snake said:I want to change my email address. How do I do that? If I try on the PSN site it says wrong password/ID. If I click Forgot Password, it says the site is down:|

Go into the Game Data utility (at the top of the Game column), look for the KZ3 logo, press Triangle, delete from there, re-download from the Store, ????, profit. And it will tell you that you already have the item installed, and ask you if you want to overwrite it.Persona7 said:I was going to make a new thread but I was hoping someone could help me.
Ok, well I tried playing killzone 3 today and when I was playing it said that the map pack was not on my system even though it was, it probably just got corrupted.
Ok my question is once DLC gets mixed with the main system game file is their a way to remove that piece of DLC only and not delete the rest of the system data?
also, what happens if I have something on my hard drive and then I redownload it and install it again, does it overwrite the old file or just take up more space?

Check download list in the PSN store
Go to Transaction under Account Management, and then click service list, and SCEA Promotion > Games1/2 > SelectAlucrid said:They don't appear in there, but they're not in the welcome back section to be redeemed, but when I go to my transaction history they appear as products purchased.
I had a similar problem with two of my accounts. I think if you had not logged into the account for a long time it makes you reset via email. Not sure of any way to get around it.diddles said:i just tried to sign into my jp psn account on my ps3, and it said something about sending me an e-mail to an old email address i don't have anymore. is my jp psn account lost? how can i change the email address on it if it just auto reset my password and sent it to a dead address?

On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
Choose PlayStation Network Promotions from the list of services displayed
Select either PS3 Free Games or PSP Free Games and then choose Select Content
You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

If I only own a PSP and have a PlayStation account for that, could I download the PS3 games as well? I'm thinking about buying a PS3, so I was just wondering.
So it will work? Amazon is offering a $50 gift card with a purchase of a PS3, so I was thinking about just buying one. The only good friend I know with one just had his YLOD on him, too.Andvary said:Well, you could ask a friend with a PS3 to use your PSN account to get you the free PS3 games.

Yep, you can access account management on the PSP as well.MechaGodzilla said:Is there a way to access the account management on the psp? I had the same problem where I didn't get to get my free game because of a time out but I cannot find out where to find it. I also do not currently have a ps3 to access it on there. I read the op also.
