Learned about this today when someone was posting on Facebook that they were meeting up to go on a rape rampage. But reading the website, this doesn't seem to be the case? Looks more like some closet homosexuals want to be in a secret handshake club where they can be bitter over women together. Which, I mean, go ahead I'd say, what's the ruckus about.
But I'm sure this isn't the whole story? Anyone have some juicy sources where I can read up on them?
Edit: coming to Montreal again? looks like prior events haven't clicked in this guys head
Heh and people buy this shit huh? I saw that in order to know the secret location of some of the meetings, you need to show a picture of you holding one of his books, bound to sell some more due to this too. Morbidly fascinating, in a horrible train crash kind of way.Roosh has written numerous books and articles that are both anti-feminist and push a "pro-rape" angle. He advocates viewing women as objects for men's pleasure. Believes men should be allowed to sleep around and that women who do are terrible. That women are valuable only for beauty and fertility, etc. etc. He believes in and pushes extremist right-wing rhetoric regarding the family unit. Basically. It's really not hard to see all of that.
Can you imagine how bad the conference rooms are gonna smell after one of these demonstrations? They're gonna need a truckload of Febreze.
This dude is going to get chased out of Glasgow. Hope he's got a good pair of trainers!
Pro-rape campaigner: I've had more threats from Glasgow than anywhere else in world
A PRO-RAPE campaigner who is planning events in Scotland has branded Glasgow “a convict resettlement zone”.
Pick-up artist Daryush Valizade, also known as Roosh V, called for rape to be legalised on private property.
The American has faced a furious backlash from Scots after it was revealed he was planning “international meet-ups” in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
More than 50,000 people have signed a petition calling for him to be banned from spouting his views in Scotland.
But Valizade, 36, claims he has recieved violent threats and shared a message sent to him on Twitter where one user talks about him being “kicked to death”.
He tweeted: “I’ve received more threats from Glasgow than anywhere else combined.
“Is it some kind of convict resettlement zone?”
But Lindsey Smith replied: “Oh bless. No laddie, it’s our men don’t take kindly to someone advocating raping women.
“We’re civilized.”
Valizade also formed a group called Return of Kings which claims that men are superior to women and are being supressed by feminism.
Last year, he was blasted after penning an article claiming legalising rape would end “rape culture”.
Nine events have been organised across the UK this Saturday including in Glasgow’s George Square and Edinburgh’s Grassmarket.
with a strict ban on women, homosexuals and transsexuals attending
One of the (many) sad things about the legal rape stance is that it sometimes feels like rape might as well already be legal considering how low the conviction and report rates are. S we're already super on guard whenever we're alone with a guy who isn't well known. What else do they expect us to do? Like, do these guys just want women to stay home all day and night? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of trying to "pick them up"?
They're having a meeting in my city and I almost want to go out of morbid curiousity.
One is happening in my neighborhood. Should I attend.
Would this even be lawful if the state of emergency is still in effect and gatherings are discouraged?hahahaha omg they're meeting at the Place de la Republique in Paris, aka perhaps the biggest meeting place in the city. They're going to be crashed so hard, that's going to be fun.

I managed to keep reading until I reached this gem:
A woman who is perfectly fine with immediately making close physical contact with a complete stranger is putting herself at risk and sending a signal to others that she has a higher tolerance for aggressive sexuality.
The leader of a 'neomasculinist' group who believes the rape of women should be legal...
I honestly want to know what drives people to such crazy views. Abuse as a kid? Bullying? It's as fascinating as it is repulsive.
eh, don't want to risk them escaping and passing it on to others outside though.
I think thats unfair. When PUA as term started to come about, it was mostly about logical things guys should be doing if they want to improve their social lives. Sure there was a misogynist undercurrent with some of it, but it was easily ignored.
A ton of GAF threads just flooded my memory..gross..I was just thinking that, they the type of dudes that put on bodyspray instead of bathing.
Quoting myself here
So proud of this city!
This is going to be great on Saturday![]()

For the leaders I think it's more complicated as they are taking advantage of guys who are essentially losers so there is an extra element to them including simple greed as some do make money from this crap. But for the followers it's bitterness of all sorts most likely; including a lack of success with women.

Oh for fuck's sake, I have to read that now.
donotlink.com is your friend. I used it to read their pathetic Alert message warning users not to joke about rape because the world is watching.
Use donotlink.
Are they? These people are irrelevant in the grand scheme of humanity.
Use donotlink.
Again, but it's ok if you do it.Australian Aboriginals literally saw women as property, to be traded, beaten, or raped on a whim. These are traditional practices that echo in the Aboriginal treatment of women today.
I'm using it.
It's focused on Australia and these are the 5 reasons:
- If it were not for the British, it was only a matter of time before someone else invaded Australia
- Aboriginal people practiced colonization too
- Lack of development created cultural practices that were far from ideal
- Australian Aboriginals were complete misogynists
- Aboriginal culture was overrun because they lacked the ability to control their borders and property rights

Jesus, what? I don't know many open or closeted homos that hate women? Is that a thing?
So basically a defense of fascist "might makes right" thinking. No need for pesky things like human rights or ethical considerations, everyone else would do it so you might as well do it first! Implying that they were primitive savages is a useful touch too, I guess. Strange to see something like this in 2016, it's more suitable for the sensibilities of 1916.
There is misogyny within part of the gay community but accusing the gay community (or rather closeted gay men) of creating and taking part in these kinds of "clubs" is deplorable.
