Same.It was decent. I liked Rambo (2004?) wahy better though.
I especially liked the gratuitous violence. I also remember all the gender studies film reviewers hating it
LOL
Yepwhat version did you see? The longer cut with the mountain horse rescue at the beginning?
Was that any better than the og version?what version did you see? The longer cut with the mountain horse rescue at the beginning?
I've only seen the long cut, but the opening horse rescue was good. Was that any better than the og version?
Yeah the final one was too cheesy and too dour at the same time.It was ok. Rambo 2008 was the best send off for Rambo and for me will be how I remember the franchise ending.
Julie Benz makes everything better. It was decent. I liked Rambo (2004?) wahy better though.
It was alright.
Nothing will ever top First Blood though, at least for me.
2008 was balls to the wall and amazing. It was ok. Rambo 2008 was the best send off for Rambo and for me will be how I remember the franchise ending.
I heard that the only good part are the final 20 min when rambo become violent.
Yeah i'm not even a huge rambo fanboy to begin with. There's other action scenes but the best is all at the end. It's not long and I was never bored.

I vastly prefer stallone in something like demolition man or tango and cash, war movies are not my jam.
I'm not big on war movies either, never really viewed Rambo as war movies, though. I mean... yeah... I guess he's usually winning a war all by himself but that was what a lot of action movies technically were in the '80s. Demolition Man is great, still hearing rumors we'll get a sequel.
Oh god no, leave that masterpiece alone please.
They are both too old, i prefer to remember them in top shape.I hear they're getting Stallone and Snipes both back, hopefully that means they're cloning him or some shit. Honestly I'll watch it, it'll probably beat most shit coming out these days.
They are both too old, i prefer to remember them in top shape.
Stallone was already too old when he did rocky balboa imo.
That was not my point tho.I mean, I wouldn't want to get into a slug fest with current day Stallone...
Pretty much, but that last 20 mins is like a cartel murder simulatorI heard that the only good part are the final 20 min when rambo become violent.
That's a lie Cunth! Deep down you know it was closer Home Alone on steroids!Pretty much, but that last 20 mins is like a cartel murder simulator
So badassIs 2008 the one where Rambo turns all those soldiers into hamburger with that big ass mounted machine gun on that hill?
2nd best Rambo movie.So badass
I didn’t like how he just ran around in caves doing nothing while the Mexicans just fell on traps2nd best Rambo movie.
Was Last Blood the most recent one where he rescues the girl from Mexico? If so, I really wanted to like it, but it just did not work for me at all.
First Blood is an all-time great, top-10 tier classic action flick. Very few films best it, like Terminator 2, Predator, Die Hard, Aliens, The Matrix, Raiders of the Lost Ark, etc, etc.
Part 2 has some really cool scenes/story/characters, and so does 3. I try to forget the rest exist, but they're all enjoyable in their own way. Sylvester Stallone has a great on screen presence in anything, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
