And here I thought moving to the East Coast would mean that Tinychat would be populated again. Alas, I was wrong.

Edit2: Oh well. You lose tonight RPGaf. I was shirtless AND laying in bed eating Doritos... Now you can cry about whatever it was you were doing wasn't near as great as that could have been to witness.

Yeah. MGS3 isn't actually a game I've played, so it is a little confusing to understand what exactly is going on.

You should play it it is good.

Also I ended up at a bad place when trying to find information about behemoth pronunciations. 'cause I pronounce it bay-uh-moth, but pretty much everyone else pronounces it bu-hee-moth. And I don't know how but I ended up on a really racist forum. It was disturbing.

Hey there Real-GAF, I don't know where to ask this so I just came here because I like visiting the thread from time to time. I was invited to a costume party on the 30th, but I don't have a costume. It doesn't really give me enough time to really make one either, but I was thinking of going as smooth trooper, which is what I call a stormtrooper helmet while wearing a suit. What do you guys and gals think?

Sounds pretty crazy sexy cool, go for it! Also where did you get a Stormtrooper helmet? I could use one of those for things.

I have no idea how I'm going to get a helmet, but I think it's one of the cheaper/easier ones to get. Right now I'm just asking if any friends have one I can momentarily borrow, I'd honestly rather do another costume but I don't have the time nor money for it right now. If I can't find a helmet by the time the day comes I'll have to go with plan B and use my bomber jacket and say I'm a WWII ace pilot or something like that. Now that I think of it a cousin of mine is a police officer maybe he'd let me borrow some of his clothes for a night hahahaha, though I doubt it. I'll post pictures of whatever costume I plan to go as a few days before the event :D.

EDIT: I'm in Brazil, but I guess if you want a stormtrooper helmet the best suggestion is probably ebay or maybe amazon.

Unfortunately no, and this is a party where I'll likely be the youngest person (20) here, while the rest are mid 20s or so. I'd like a costume that isn't all that obscure/geeky hahaha.

Any examples of what other people are dressing up as?

My Halloween costume from last year was Shaun from Shaun of the Dead. White button up shirt(short sleeved), red tie, and black pants, some kind of red shit for blood on the shirt, and a blunt weapon(I used a table leg,cricket bats are hard to come by in the US). You can even find a printable version of his nametag with a quick Google search.

Nope, I was only told about the party today hahahaha. I'm going to ask the birthday guy what he's dressing up as though and what my cousin will go as. Hopefully I'll get an idea from that.

No days off in sight for me. Can't wait for my Montreal trip coming up, this working everyday thing is a little tiring. Nice to be busy though, would rather have too much to do than nothing to do.

Having nothing to do is the worst...right now im at work with no got damned customers....im passing the time twiddling my thumbs, texting, and walking around. It figures that on a fathers day when many are having bbq's they would not want to show up to a place where the primary dish was steak and hamburgers. I wanna go home already but i gots a minimum of 3 more hours

That's actually really cool. I really wanna play something in Korean but I suck at sc. They have Korean LoL but you need a Korean social security number to join or something. Wth.

Woohoo! I have twelve to fifteen carrot plants growing and something like nine corn stalks poking out of the soil (two were chewed off, and I don't know if they'll survive). It looks like one of the watermelon plants is rising from the mound, but I don't quite know what they're supposed to look like.

I have my costume for the World Science Fiction Convention all set up -- it's basically going to be a metallic silver zentai suit and a San Francisco style police uniform. Maybe some reflective glasses. I think you guys can figure this one out pretty easily. :)

Mad Men themed birthday party in about a month. I'm trying to figure out what I can do for that, especially since I never watched the show. The only character I wouldn't have to buy a wig for is Peggy Olson, and I think I may be able to pull off all the outfit from stuff at the thrift store. I may also have a generic 1960s hippie getup as a secondary outfit. I'll be making bacon pie from a recipe circa 1947 -- that's a little early for the period, but I think the birthday boy will appreciate it.

Oh, snap, just remembered that I edged the lawn but haven't swept up the walk!

So much to do. Last major step in making that dome starts tomorrow or Tuesday, in fact! :D

Being able to have the summer off from school has saved my sanity, two jobs and school is as tiring as it sounds :eek:
