This is a remix of "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" from Green Day (apparently their next single I'm guessing off of American Idiot) with Wonderwall and Writing to Reach You from Travis. Personal biases aside (Wonderwall is my all-time favorite song and Writing to Reach You is one of my favorites), it's actually done quite well and is worth a listen. The remix is done by a guy from San Francisco known as Party Ben.
