Come on, you can't be serious, it's screaming fake and they not even tried to hide it: no shadow below on the fingers and rough cut all around the side of the so called Switch 2 and many others anomalies, it's so obvious and so bad. Maybe the side is real but this photo is not.
Considering the light direction and all around shadows, that's clearly an anomaly, photo is screaming to the world "Photoshop/AI was here."
Additional evidence (from the "other purple forum") that it's a pathetic fake

Honestly I couldn't be less interested in hardware leaks. We already know it's going to be a more powerful Switch in some form or another. Barring any unique gimmicks (such as dual screen functionality), my only interest is in software. What are they gonna have for us? I want to see the new Mario, Smash, Kart, etc. Nintendo rarely fails to deliver so I'll be there even if it's a Wii U 2

Why a 16:10 screen, seems odd. What are Switch 2 games going to have a special 16:10 mode while in handheld and then switch to 16:9 on your TV?

Fake or real, calling it the Switch 2 would be the most logical and straightforward marketing thing Nintendo could do, to not confuse people like Microsoft does for their consoles.

I saw people commenting on the watch being over the clothing and the weird layout of the holes on the watch strap. The cables behind seemingly not going anywhere and the weird position of the pinky and the way the skin on hand looks weird.

I'm on team legit. There are a lot of little things that a faker just wouldn't bother with, like the plus sign on the joycon docking port, that feels like a Nintendo design solution.
Everything released in the past 8 years has to work on the new system, so the form factor, buttons etc all need to stay largely the same, resulting in boring-ass devices with incremental improvements.

At least the non-powered version is very ecofriendly and has an amazingly low 0 TDP.

so this was absolutely a real Switch 2 prototype btw.
it basically fits perfectly, even the kickstand hinge looks identical
and the connector on that lealed one as well as the one in the trailer seem to both have 13 pins
so that was either an extremely close to spec mockup unit, or a real prototype.
I say prototype because the color is wrong, unless Nintendo will announce alternative, less colorful version like with the Switch 1
the hinge, the connector, the curve on top... it's all a perfect match
