How is that not playing mafia? More information allows us to critique the posts better.
Because mafia in my mind is goons and vanilla townies. Power roles only really needed due to not having body language to be read.
Our community in particular becomes too dependent and focused on night actions. That's not mafia.
That's great and all, but we supposedly HAVE information that could help out. You're basically saying, "Work is fifty miles away and I have this car I can use, or I can make the walk...I mean eventually I'll get there."
If I had perfect information I would be sharing it. And no I don't want the information I share to dominate the discussion. We already had that yesterday and I don't think it was super helpful in terms of scum hunting unless Pop really fumbled that post that hard.

1) Considering the only other PR we are considering is a Tracker (due to the ninja) and nothing else (due to the size of the game), there are two options. Either you protected someone or scum didn't submit a kill
2) You already claimed doctor and put a target on your back

Unless I'm missing something, he's breadcrumbed that he's either a doctor or blocker, but always downplayed his role as not being useful and hasn't actually protected anyone.
1. It was a theory to explain the last night. I have never said it was THE answer.
2. A blocker wouldn't be able to definitively protect melon

For today i see nothing wrong with it, Its more a thing of "tolerate" than accepting it.

I'm vanilla. I soft-claimed that I would protect melon during the night. The hope that a vanilla (me) would get killed rather than the cop, since scum would want to kill the guy who just claimed doctor. And she's still alive. Obviously I didn't actually protect her, so I don't know what actually happened last night, but my point is that she didn't die.
