It probably just adds USB ports and a power outlet. The TV dock could just be like the 3DS dock, which doesn't really add anything.
Could imply that the NX has different TV options based on the game.Connector seems to be able to connect to the dock AND to a Tv.

Lack of region lock? This must be fake!
haha nice!Edit: As slow as the NX without the Dock.
Nintendo don't have to "reveal" it anymore, we almost know everything about it at except games this point x)

Well, there it is. People jumping to conclusions about the dock more than the Olympic athletes.
It'd be hilarious if all these rumors were not true and the NX was purely a powerful home console witha a traditional controller.
I'd actually prefer that
A hand held with a tv out isn't a hybrid. It's a hand held with a tv out. There has to be a console version (even with same exact hardware) for the west at least.

Retail units are almost all the time smaller than the devkits. So these dimensions more likely won't end up as final dimensions for the retail NX.
But it tells us that NX is practically a gaming tablet which makes it very likely to run Tegra at nice clocks.
I'm hoping there's a clear difference between using it as a console and using it as a handheld aside from what's essentially plugging in an HDMI cable.
Also, not liking the design.
The device itself having TV out is pretty interesting.
What is the point of the dock then? Ability to use an external HDD?
The dev kits for Wii U, Wii and 3DS (the devices you use in your hands to play) look pretty much the same as the retail units, not larger.
Dunno if I'm a fan of the SD card slot being on the same side as the TV connector. That'd also mean, to me at least, that when this thing is docked, it's upside-down, which is weird.
Those detachable controllers don't look comfortable to hold at all

Guys, Jesus, the size and shape of a prototype or development device can be wildly different from eventual production models.
Could the NX end up being a huge boxy monstrosity? Sure.
But even if these rumours are bang on the money about the prototype / dev kit, they don't necessarily tell us anything about the final form factor.
So TV-out is on the handheld itself and not the dock?
