Low shipments because of the misprint or very good sales?
New to GAF and I just got a 3DS with RE. Digging the game quite a bit but I'm currently friendless :-(. Here's my info:

I usually don't watch trailers so that everything is a surprise for me when I experience it for myself. That is why I am just now seeing this trailer for the first time after I beat the game. I think it is interesting how the scenes shown in it weren't featured at all in the game and instead the trailer served as a lead in to the game for
. Has Capcom done any more like this for the game, or any others previously?

Unless the ones I saw on Youtube were mislabeled, the Story and Launch trailers didn't have anything that wasn't in the game like that TGS one I mentioned did. However, I just saw the reveal trailer and oh man what a trip; it was like watching a tease for a completely different game.

Does anyone know if people in your friends list show up as available to join a game when online like in Mario Kart?
I'm thinking this function doesn't work with this game as I haven't seen it once on my friends list.....

Are you sure about Jessica? She was working as a spy for Morgan while Raymond was working for a spy for O'Brien and they were a team. I also don't think they'd fight so hard just for a sample of the T-Abyss virus if they were the ones that created, jmo.
Low shipments across the globe. Japan, Europe and the US have all reported issues with low stock.

It sets up for RE6.
Capcom producers mentioned Revelations would and apparently in the vial there is a 6 formed. Last scene just seemed to be about Jessica and Raymond obtaining the T-Abyss virus and scheming.

Finished Chapter 5.
Fuck those water things. I mean the hunters going invisible was a pain a little but those things in the water. Could you shoot them through the water? I tried but nothing happened.
I have an extended battery, Ihave yet to see the red light. >-<.

same thing here, I actually sent them the e-mail tuesday morning, and I have yet to hear back from them!!
Takes place in 2005. RE5 happens in 2009.
Revelaitons is a mostly self-contained storyline, much like RE4 was. RE5 actually has much more of a connection to the originals storywise than either.
Yeah I noticed in the Post your pick up thread that someone already got their replacement. Got me worried since I never received any confirmation and I sent it on release day.

full bright/halfway 3D and yeah, 3 hours i guess? i havent really measured it.
but ive noticed it's much more likely to die in sleep mode like that then my DS ever was, sadly.

RE5 isn't as bad as people make it out to be.
Revelations is its own thing other than Chris, Jill and the BSAA so no worries.
Yup, that's what I think.
Also, I'm pretty sure RE6's virus may be a strain of T-Abyss. There are some Ooze-y looking things in that trailer.
I hope more a Revelations 2, with what happened between 5 and 6.
I can see RE:6 coming to Wii U, Capcom is already big with Nintendo so if the hardware allows a port I don't see why not.

They will print more copies if it sells well. Like it happened with Tales of the Abyss in PAL region. It became rare, and price rocketed. But now it is available for the normal price.
Wow, Raid Stage 21, Ghost Ship, is tough! There are multiple false endings in it (including one right at the start)! I made good use of the "Stop!" command to halt Neil, my online partner, from taking any of them. But we died in the promenade. Made it past the crew quarters, past the bilge, past the casino, past the observation deck, and died in the promenade when one of those claw Ooze caught my partner. It was our second attempt; the first try ended when a scagdead killed me in the casino back on the first try. I'm still trying to reach the true ending... No idea where it is. But I really want to reach the true ending so I can unlock

Speaking of which, I completed the campaign tonight. Story-wise, this absolutely and utterly beats out any RE previous. It's not even close. The deft back-and-forth between one scene and the next, cliffhanger after cliffhanger after cliffhanger, changing viewpoints and points in time, building bonds between different characters at different times (
) -- it was all so well-done, and tied up perfectly with a robust ending that gave us more on what became of each character. Absolutely loved it. I also loved the "Previously on RER" bits at the start of each chapter, each deftly edited to the music to build hype for what's to come. Simply epic.
And then the gameplay itself is fantastic. Chapter 12 was one hell of a finale. The first half has probably the best bit of music in the series (
). I love swimming past the enemies in the last chapter (and no, they're not the infamous ones previously mentioend in this thread). And then the hall at the end, and what the villain is saying, and then the villain's true form... Wow. Just. Perfect.
A 10/10 game for sure. I'm blown away by Revelations.

Sure mate...
You need to go through the promenade, take the lift upstairs to the Helipad area. That's where the true ending is. It's about 7 waves of enemies, varying from wolves and hunters, to those rock beasts. There was a stage where 3 Mayday bosses appeared with wolves and hunters at the same time! The final wave is the actual boss of the main game!
