Return To Monkey Island launches on September 19

Just one week away to the release. I've waited for so long for a proper Monkey Island that i don't even care for the strange graphics style.

For all of it's hype the original game was obtuse AF, it had some silly humor at least. Full throttle was better.
Way back I had to have a friend explain one of the puzzles to me as I did not know what the hell Ipecac Syrup was or was used for.
Apparently he used to before.

One of the very few games I'll buy day one no matter how people find the game's quality. For this I gotta see it myself. I love Guybrush and the whole vibes and setting. I hope he's more like as in Secret and not LeChuck's Revenge.

i still have to play Full Throttle, i have it in my steam library.
But MI had amazing atmosphere, the same goes for DotT and Grim Fandango.
Grim Fandango really was the apex of these games, but still had annoying road blocks with obscure/stupid solutions, even when I was stuck in Grim, I was still having fun.

The writing, the writing in Grim Fandango was on a high point, too. Tim Schafer is a genius when it comes to writing adventure games.
