I sat down and played like 3 hours straight of this game on Xbox One. I spent a lot of time prior to playing just trying to download all of my songs. I still have songs I KNOW I purchased that aren't showing as purchased.
The calibration in this game always seems off. I never had to dick with the calibration in the older games but this one I had to calibrate probably 5 times before I got it to a semi-playable state. It still doesn't feel right to me. I swear the drums are dropping notes too. This is with the legacy adapter using the Warriors of Rock guitar and the RB2 drum kit with cymbals playing on expert.
The profile being tied to all instruments is a pain in the ass. They didn't make it easy to drop in and out unless you are about to start a song.
The game has lost a lot of the charming presentation that the previous games had, which is a bummer but I know they're working on a smaller budget now.
Rock Band 4 is still a blast to play but the gameplay still feels off in terms of timing and the soundtrack is probably the worst of the bunch. Still enjoying it though.
