Both the one on the left and the center are Genevieve O'Reilly. She played Mothma in Revenge of the Sith, where Mothma is supposed to be much younger, about the same age as Amidala, but her scenes were cut. They brought her back, a couple of years older now and is perfect for the part.

Jyn and Ezra are Rey's parents confirmed.

I get the feeling we'll get to see some Rogue One characters in the show voiced by their actors. Hell, it's unlikely but maybe there will even be a cameo or two of someone from the show in the movie.

Also, those AT-ATs look different from the ones in Empire and Rebels. They have different heads, larger humps and a large beige panel at the sides.

In the Star Wars Card Trader app they have used RotS publicity photos for the young Mon Mothma cards. So I took that to mean Genevieve O'Reilly was the official way Mon Mothma looked in the prequel era. Makes sense they would continue to use her casting.

I think they've said that there won't be characters crossing from the spinoffs to the main films, although that can always change.

The idea of a tie-in to the wider films is interesting because I swear at one point the idea of the spin-offs was said to be to create a shared universe where there would be a team-up film / film that tied it together at the end. That was back when Snyder was tentatively involved.
