I never said there were older characters who were more iconic, only characters who were older. Read again. I will accept that Ryu is probably the most recognized fighting game character with like Scorpion in second but that doesn't make him any less boring.

Yeah I don't like his inclusion either. We have FIVE Fire Emblem characters now. Three that are extremely similar to each other and hell Ike even has some influence from Marth and is basically Roy on steroids.

Ryu's stage should be awesome though, I was hoping we would get a Nazo no Murasame Jo stage, but this will have to do.
