Except they have been.

The thing I don't get is, why not put Bryan in the Rumble? Even if they didn't want him to win, the person who elminated him would have gotten massive heat.

I think the problem is WWE wants to desperately control the kid's demo, but are faced with the problem that the Attitude Era teenagers are now late 20's/early 30's, buying the tickets and filling the crowd. Those guys are 100% behind Bryan and are going to largely shit on everything until he's on top.

Things WWE needs to notice:

Dolph Ziggler is over.
Cesaro is over.
Everyone loves Daniel Bryan!

What you need to notice. None of those people popped a 3.5 rating, pushing the first hour of RAW over five million viewers for the first time in months, not years.

for the new page

Everyone be stunned when Mick Foley shows up on RAW in a few weeks to help Daniel fight The Authority!

It's part of the angle. Bryan not being in the Rumble was part of the angle. You're being worked, smart marks.

I believe this is all part of the angle to get people angry to make Bryan even more over.

I also believe that the WWE will completely drop the ball on the "payoff" bit which is supposed to come after all this burial.

So yeah, Bryan got completely buried.

But lets just wait and see where this is going.

WWE wants to cram pretty boys like roman reigns (he's good but doesn't deserve it yet as much as bryan) or old retired wrestlers who are just given spots...if this keeps happening they will demoralize guys who are grinding to be on top and feel like its worthless because spots will just be given away

This what happens when a product doesn't understand it's audience.

You need to put guys that your crowd likes over not the guys that the owner is drooling over.

It's fucking silly really. It's like they are trying to screw themselves. I just can't understand some of the thinking of creative.

Now I remember why I stopped watching this product in the first place. Guess I'll just go back to reading the dirt sheets and listening to podcasts and such to keep track of the goings on because obviously the writers and bookers refuse to give the fans what they want.

OK you are going to push Roman solo, why not let him win the Rumble then? You literally have months to build him up before the main event at wm30. Why screw Punk over? Dude is still huge and you have a great story to play off of with him winning the Rumble coming in at no 1. The fact your crowd boo'd to end one of your few HUGE ppv's should have all sorts of lights and sirens going off that shit isn't right.

But what do I know I'm just another mark that no longer spends a dime on this shit.

Excuse me, but who do they think they are going to be selling the network to? Isn't THAT the Daniel Bryan loving crowd they like to shit on?

You know what? I just realized this no Bryan in the Rumble uproar is us getting worked. This is the setup for HHH vs Bryan at Mania, I guess.

How can he get away with public comments like that? No matter how right he is, "they" implies a huge amount of disrespect is does him absolutely no favors. I respect him for having the balls to say what everyone is obviously thinking, but there's got to be a better way. It makes no business sense at all, unless.....this is just a work.

I'd like to think this is all a long term thing, as YESmovement is definitely a company thing, but WWE is getting dangerously close to alienating fans into not buying or watching. You can only have so many PPVs ending with fans legitimately pissed before it catches up to you.

The best part is that the same crowd that went atomic for Sheamus was booing the shit out of him within 30 minutes because of Bryan's absence.

Does Bryan tweets are probably from Brie. He is too much of a good guy to rebel.

Brie is the one pushing social media, he said it himself.
