Dog will be on the ground. Duck will be suspended in the air by the transparent rods like Fox and Pit.

Luma doesn't have a full moveset and isn't a full AI partner like Nana. And you can't control Nana through Popo like Rosalina can control Luma.

All non SSE enemies are from franchises with playable characters, so having ICs
and Rhythm Heaven
But the enemies are CPU and Nana is a CPU that follows the player around. I'm almost sure that the 3DS was the problem here, limiting the Wii U version

A lot of people think that picture isn't connected to the first, as it was posted awhile later on GameFaqs instead of /v/.
It looks like a Brawl Mod to me. Plus, I don't think Dragoon has been confirmed gone.

Did they really name their character "ESRB"? Like they are saying this is the ratings team playing a build?
It's been mentioned that the ESRB does not get copies of games, just footage. Nintendo probably set the name when they submitted footage.
If you look at the photos, you can see they're not taken from a 3DS as there is no gap between the top and bottom screens.
I didn't read the full thread, but it sounds like it's just a theory that there is even any relation to ESRB. I don't even know what language that might be in if it isn't just a typo in a fake, but it pretty clear looks like disablád to me.

Even though I'm #TeamReal there's still one thing that's been bothering me. Mii Fighters. Where's their character slot?
The leak suggests they get their own menu before characters, but how would that work? What if one person wanted to use Mii's and the others wanted to use characters? Would you have to leave one menu and go to another?

That character select screen weirds me out. Like, 2nd/3rd party newcommers at the bottom and "clone" characters on bottomish right? Doesn't seem like something a developer would do. More like a fanboy thing.

Yeah that's my biggest sticking point too.
I also think if that DLC list is true, that it's really shitty of Nintendo to make all but 1 DLC character cut characters.

I had a theory of Lucas/Wolf/Chorus Kids/Ice Climbers being free DLC post 3DS launch and on-disc for the Wii U. Would that be good?

That's how I see it as well. Some anon on 4chan claimed to be a part of the leak and tried to give context once that detail became clear but all it did was make it seem more suspicious.
I wouldn't mind it if the leak is real but there's just way too many niggles I have with this leak to acknowledge it. Ness' shirt still bothers me (not just the stripes but the perfectly smooth/simple shirt which has never been that smooth in any Smash game), the Duck Hunt Dog looks way too simple compared to his relatively imposing NES incarnation and the relative simplicity of all those models + Bowser Jr. all kind of add onto people suspecting some renders looking lifted from existing poses when it comes to the more complicated looking characters.
I don't even think that Famitsu pic is as damning as people think since the leaked screenshot has a number of discrepancies from the scan as well. If anything it being so coincidentally close but not all the way there is the most suspicious thing out of them all. But I'll eat crow if this all turns out to be real.

As much as I'd love the Snake confirmation and addition of Dark Pit, I'm not believing any of this until there's some definitive evidence. There are quite a few things about this which seem kinda fishy and I'm not one to buy the "It's so high quality it couldn't be faked" argument. People have gone to absolutely stupid lengths to fuck with people before, especially 4chan. If this is real than yay! Snake's back baby! If fake, than mad props to the faker since this is high enough quality that enough people believed it.
