But people liked Chloe? She was likable character in UC2 and 3. Even is she was changed and more feminist in TLL she still was much better MC than that bland fucking transgender whatever from UC4 epilogue...

To clarify, I meant that they should create a new character that did not exist in the previous Uncharted games, and use that as the lead protagonist.

If they're going to go with an existing character, then I'd lean towards Sully for a prequel, as a few others have already mentioned.

Some did. Some complained that they gave her a fat ass. lol.....it's always something.
 
I hope that's not true, Sam was so fucking boring in UC4. Also the plot was the safest and most predictable story ever written.

I don't mind not using Nathan Drake but at least use the characters from Lost Legacy.
 
Nate's daughter look like she is ready to lecture the player about trans rights or something.

I think there are still plenty of adventures for Nathan and Sully and the rest of the gang to have.

You start the game with Nate getting killed by golfers, because he invaded their course looking for a lost treasure. Then his Daughter ends up on a revenge quest to destroy the golfing Wolves and recover the artifact.
 
Unpopular opinion, but I don't want them to continue nathan's story. It had a perfect end and imo is best left finished. Bringing characters back usually doesn't end well and there is nothing more to explore about nathan's character( same issue as kratos, imo).


A new lead and a new set of characters would definitely be a better idea
 
The more i hear a out Sony's first party, the less interested I am in a ps6. At this point, its only the next Gran Turismo that has my attention. They're probably going to ruin that too by making it an open world EV only game.

Worst case scenario is Old Man Drake leading his daughter Atreus Cassie around and explaining how she has to be better as he grapples with the demons from his past life of mass murder.

If Naughty Dog is the devil and should be boycotted because they give a platform to minorities and that offends you, why not just ignore it?

They'd be dumb to not have an uncharted in the works, I thought it might be Santa Monica's other game though.
They tried farming out Uncharted once already, and the SM game is supposedly a known IP.
Plus they outsourced the vita game.
 
If you put aside the woke stuff for a second, the last thing on earth Nathan and Elena would want their daughter to be doing is getting involved in the kind of danger they were in... and the brother is going to help her do so?

I never did understand the team up Lost Legacy, Nadine literally left Nat for dead and next minute she's buddies with Chloe....

What? The only relatively woke game that I have played, was Avowed because I had six months of Gamepass so it was basically free to play a I actually called out the wokism and bad writing in the game many times

Apart from that I havent bought woke games, I don't have any.

Don't get me wrong, I also don't like a lot of the "woke shit" because a lot of it feels like inclusion/diversity for the sake of inclusion/diversity. Things shouldn't be forced, and if you make a character gay just so you can check off a list then it's dumb as fuck. I'm also not gonna get mad because a character is a female or black because that is equally stupid.

Dion from FFXVI is a great example of a gay character done right. Being gay is part of his character but he isn't saying "HEY GUYS IM NON BINARY" like that fucking character in Dragon Age.

I hate that politics has infested every single facet of life. Both sides of the coin are "snowflakes" in their own way and are simply made that people don't agree with them.

If the set pieces are good, and it's a fun treasure hunting adventure, sign me up. Knowing current naughty dog though, it'll probably be about white guilt of Nathan taking all those treasures in the past or some other bullshit.

I can tell u already, pretty sure only time it was fun to play as weak tiny teenage girl was first tlou, u didnt play it for long but setting/story guaranteed it was fun/realistic/believable(not gonna spoil the details,ppl who played it will agree, who didnt play that 12yo game yet can always spoil themself on yt vid), but whole game, especially uncharted sequel where u do a lot of equilibristics/fighting/killing, highly unlikely its gonna feel good...
